We just completed renovating our guest and ensuite bathrooms. We were so fortunate to discover the TUBS The Ultimate Bath Store at 45 SAMOR Road in North York. They have lots of displays of sample bathroom installations and great choices for showers, sinks, toilets and a good display of bathroom plumbing. The staff are excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, taking you from a general idea of what you want to a detailed understanding of what you could have. Shout Out to one of their designers Madhee Kulkarni. She has a lot of experience working with both home owners and contractors. Madhee took us step by step through the renovation process, advising us on things we hadn’t thought of. We are really happy with how our renovation turned out and our experience with TUBS

Amazing customer service! We bought some toilet fixtures from Tubs a few years back. The toilet seat needs to be replaced and we had difficulty finding a tiny part. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful, and was able to locate the part that we needed. Thank you so much, the staff at Tubs!

I was having some difficulty dealing with a manufacturer to get a specific part for my bathroom sink. I went to TUBS located at 45 Samor Road in North York. I spoke with Winnie at the front desk and I spoke with Madhee Kulkarni who is Brand Ambassador at this location. Both of these Professionals represented TUBS and its brand in the most outstanding manner possible. They listened intently to my predicament. They comprehended the frustration of my situation when dealing directly with the manufacturer and Madhee took it upon herself to reach out to the manufacturer on my behalf to rectify the problem at once. Within minutes she had contacted the parts manager at the manufacturer and she immediately resolved the matter by arranging for the part to be shipped to her location on my behalf. This incredible dedication to CUSTOMER SERVICE by these two individuals at TUBS is unsurpassed in my experience. They are attentive, kind, and understanding. They listen to their customer's needs. We trust TUBS for their reliability and their professionalism. We highly recommend this establishment for all of our high end household bathroom purchases.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Winnie's exceptional customer service at Tubs, the Ultimate Bath Store at 45 Samor Rd, North York. I needed a specific part for our sink drain, and Winnie went above and beyond to ensure I found the right one. We had a detailed conversation over the phone, and she patiently listened to my requirements and answered all my questions. Additionally, we sent pictures via email to accurately assess the situation. Winnie's expertise and attentiveness were evident throughout the entire process, and she promptly found the perfect part for our needs. We needed a replacement part for our bath tub, which we had purchased 15 years earlier at TUBS. Even though our model was discontinued, the staff at TUBS went above and beyond the call of duty to help me locate a replacement part without charging me a cent! In this time of lagging customer service, the staff at TUBS still treats you like a somebody! Completely satisfied! If I could grant more stars, I would!

Last February I ordered a kitchen sink rack to replace the one I had purchased from Tubs when I renovated my home. Kohler is the manufacturer. Madhee at Tubs put in the order. I was charged for it - just under $100. Madhee kept telling me there were supply chain problems and it would just be another two weeks. I finally called Kohler last week in the US and they told me there was no longer any rack made that would fit my sink. Madhee could have and perhaps did know this when she charged me. She has ignored my requests to issue a refund. I did not know that VISA would not deal with this because more than three months have passed since the order was placed. What a disreputable way to treat a customer! I spent over twenty thousand dollars with Tubs when I renovated. And now they have to cheat me out of a hundred dollars? Pretty pathetic, if you ask me. Do not go there.

Needed replacement parts for a sink and shower slider and Winnie gave me unparalleled service , quick and efficient and within a week my parts were in . With supply chain issues out there it was a pleasure dealing with a company and sales rep who was on the ball!!

Paul from Tubs was great he got me a free cartridge for my 9 yr old shower valve. Listed at $300 . I did not have original reciept. Prompt great service. It warms just fine I can now have a hot shower.

I LOVE ? this place, one stop shopping, they have or can get anything, ‘very’ competitively priced and EXCELLENT client care. My rep was Mahdee, she went above/beyond, actually came to my home and helped layout a Beautiful bathroom design, no charge ? who does that anymore. The north york show room is huge, check it out for yourself you won’t regret it.

We had purchased what I would say are complicated fixtures 8 years ago on a bathroom renovation and in the darkest of COVID a mixer/stopper valve decided it was retiring.We had our main shower out for almost a year. Recently I was able to drop into the store and Paul was able to solve the problem of finding the invoice & orderinh the parts.Some advice to those renovating would be to keep your invoices taped under the tub or in a bathroom vanity. These valves will all deteriorate over time with Toronto city water due to calcification. I was lucky the receipts were still in their system.A big shout out to Acqua Brass as it replaced the valve free of charge, I am now a client for life on any purchases down the road.As to the 1 star reviews my thoughts would be they are relevant, however there are two sides to a conversation and to seek out the service person that suits you.The place is huge with a rockstar showroom & good retail pricing.Rob
