Amazing customer service! We bought some toilet fixtures from Tubs a few years back. The toilet seat needs to be replaced and we had difficulty finding a tiny part. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful, and was able to locate the part that we needed. Thank you so much, the staff at Tubs!

I had an issue with an out of date shower part and Tubs proactively found the part and located it for me. A great store with great staff, especially Winnie!
