A fantastic experience with Trento Kia! I am looking to purchase a new car. I was welcomed and directed to a sales associate soon after I stepped into the showroom. I met with Brendan who was incredibly helpful and patient answering my questions and a great copilot and navigator for my test drive! I will definitely consider Trento Kia for my next car purchase!

My experience at Trento Kia was exceptional! Shoutout to John, Lawrence and Brendon for their efficient, friendly and informative service as a first time car buyer. Right off the bat when entering, Brendon welcomed us and offered us beverages. We had an appointment with John and he was just spectacular, he knew his stuff and made us feel confident in our choice of purchasing our Seltos EX AWD. Lawrence went through all the financial details and helped us get sorted in a very timely but detailed manner. Thank you to everyone at Trento Kia for making this process quick and reassuring, will definitely come here again and would recommend to friends and family!

Saving you the hassle of that time consuming process through this review.I have done my due diligence and gone to several Kia dealerships to compare the deals, prices, and stock availability. Since I have these vast knowledge backed by heavy research, I know what to look at and negotiate for.Philip, my sales agent - One of the best people to buy from didn't oversell and have respected our decision to forego all other add-ons. He was not the typical hard-shell pushy agent and allowed us to make an informed - not pushy decision. Which I really appreciate. I mean who wants a push agent anyway.Lawrence, the finance guy, explained everything in detail leaving us no questions. He answered all our concerns and was very reassuring.My experience buying with them is such a breeze and I suggest you do your research (or not - you can just trust my word) and see that what they can offer.

I picked up my Sportage last weekend!Philip and Lawrence have been a pleasure to work with. They are real easy to talk to and answered all our questions - they made sure that we understood everything as well. If you are looking for an honest salesman, do yourself a favor and stay away from Jhon Grieco.manager of used cars and the manager of new vehicles they are pretty fish.Not only because they wanted to buy my kia forte 11,000$ under the price I have sold to Plazza Kia Richmond Hill.

I went into Trento Kia to test drive a 2023 Kia Sportage Ex Premium, and Michael Tessier was very helpful and accommodating based on my work schedule. The loan process was also very easy. Lawrence Li kept me notified every step of the way and got me the best possible financing deal, and the process was completed within a couple days. Michael went through all of the features of the aportage with me before i left the lot with the car. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and I would recommend anyone looking for a new Kia or just getting a used car.
