I ordered a foam board sign online for an event and although the printing was perfect, one of the corners got bent during the shipping process. Although it was the fault of the shipping company and not TPH, they quickly and generously reprinted the sign for me. I’m very impressed with Mark and his team. Printing is great and their prices are reasonable. Will definitely go back there with all my printing needs. Highly recommend.

The TPH team at this branch is awesome and super helpful! I had to print something urgent as our printer in the office was under repair, so I ran over to this shop and they were able to accommodate my request with a super quick turnaround. Mark was very accommodating and even offered to drive me back to the office so I didn't have to walk while carrying a heavy stack of paper. They went above and beyond and I highly recommend them! Thank you Mark, Omar, and the TPH team!

I had one of the worst experiences in my life walking into The Printing House on Wednesday May 11/2022 between 12-2pm.As a business owner I try very hard not to leave negative reviews on stores because i know it could be damaging to a business, but this needs to be known and addressed.To paint a picture, the power was out along the entire Orfus Road that afternoon. Myself and another business friend of mine were looking for t-shirts to purchase and print on as well as other things that would help aid us in our business'.Upon walking into the store we patiently waited by the door reading the walls and trying to figure out if the store sold t-shirts or printed t-shirts. At that time a short blond girl walked up to us and asked what she could help us with.I responded by asking if they sold plain t-shirts or if we would have to purchase t-shirts with the printed logo on them.The customer service rep then responded with such a disgustingly rude attitude that they don't sell t-shirts.I ignored the attitude.I then asked her what the store does sell. The company is called The Printing House, for anyone who hasn't heard of the business wouldn't know what to assume they printed. After looking at us from our head to our toes and back up she responded by stating that they print business cards and other stuff for BIG RETAILERS, BIG COMPANIES.I don't understand how the company is so big if I can go online and order business cards as low as $34. Vistaprint costs more than that.I asked her for a card before leaving the store so I could get in contact with a different sales representiative and went on with my day.As someone who worked in customer service and as someone who owns a successful business I would NEVER accept anyone speaking to a potential customer the way I was spoken to. This experience made me feel so upset.Based off of how that incompetent, ignorant and childish sales representative spoke to me, I would not recommend this company to anyone I know. Your company lost a customer within 1 minute of walking into one of your stores. My only regret is not telling that little girl to have some respect and basic human decency before leaving.

Professionalism at its finest! From start to finish the team at TPH provided outstanding service. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to, Cristina did a great job at going back and forth with the design. they had everything I needed from the material to the mounting pieces. The whole process was easy and seamless and at a price you cant beat! I will be back soon for sure. Thanks again TPH.
