There are tons of beauty suppliers in the GTA, but Toronto Nail Supply can’t be beat in terms of customer service, price, and quality. The store itself is spotless and most importantly, uncluttered. That means I can navigate the store quickly and efficiently because the store is well organized and I don’t have to sift through messy shelves and aisles which can be frustrating and overwhelming.Katie is our primary TNS sales rep and she’s always gone above and beyond for me. I’ve also been helped by Lily and her other staff, and all have provided white glove service.

Worst customer experience ever ,the lady who happens to be the manager is very rude and unprofessional and when asked to help she says that you need to know the number and brand of the nail polishes and she cant remember all the names. Very bad attiitude and seems like she is not happy with her job.*** And I leave it to customers to judge the service level based on below reply I received from them.!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about nail products and application, the employee made sure I had all the products I needed for my builder gel application. The store is very large and spacious and organized very nicely. Normally, I get overwhelmed in other nail shops due to the lack of space and thousands of items cramped into a small space but this is not the case here! Their store is soo organized by color/brand and everything is clearly labelled which made my shopping experience very satisfying. Their prices are very reasonable and I was able to get the Kiara Sky LED nail lamp for much cheaper than on the Kiara Sky original website. They have a very large selection of Kiara Sky products which was my main reason for coming here. Overall, very happy with my purchase and experience. 100% highly recommend and will be coming back soon for more!

As a salon owner I found Toronto nail and beauty to have incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff. KATIE helped me find everything I needed, was extremely pleasant to be around and answered every question I had. Also the store is superbly organized and spotless. The prices are very fair as well. This will definitely be my go-to moving forward.

Absolutely wild level of service. I placed my order and 15 minutes later I already had an email saying that my box had been packed. Then my package was delivered that same day even though I missed the day's cutoff time by an hour. Pricing was so much better than other places I looked, too!

Excellent service, wide product variety, amazing staff friendly and up to date on product knowledge. Always able to get the items we need fast and even our deliveries have been packed perfect and no items broken or leaking like the last place we use to shop, so that’s been a huge bonus too.

Purchased a 6 unit chrome powder because it looked so pretty on their display swatches but did not meet up to my expectations. My chrome did not look like what was displayed in store, instead of the mermaid look it made my nails look like it was yellow and dirty. Do not purchase their chrome as they are terrible quality. Messaged them twice on their facebook page to see what they could do but they did not respond. Then proceeded to call and ask but they said they couldn’t do anything. This place needs to ensure they are selling good quality and not products that has gone bad due to hygienic reasons. Also needs to change their return policy and be better at responding to customer inquiries and complaints. Will not be coming back.

Absolute hands down!!! ???? when I first found nail & beauty it was TikTok back in 2021 on my fyp and this was when I first started my nail business!! This store is an absolute life saver ? best customer service and really fast shipment!! And they have all the products you’ll need in their store hopefully one day I could come to Toronto and see the opinions in person!!! Rate 1000

I love going Toronto nail supply. Best customer service ever.I made special trip from Nova Scotia to Toronto to go only Toronto nail supply. The girl was there so helpfull,I just gave her my cell phone she collected everything for me watever was in my shopping cart.I bought everything I needed for my nail den at their store and made them shipped to Nova Scotia while I was still in Toronto. When I came back from my Toronto trip to nova Scotia, next day I got my oder and i was happy ,how quick the delivery was.They are awesome.Tnx, Toronto nail supply
