Excellent customer service from Mary. We were replacing hardware for 3 exterior doors with deadbolt locks and dummy handle. They had great selection in store and reasonable prices. There was miscommunication but was completely my fault as I wanted similar keys for the locks but ended up having 3 different keys. Since they were installed we didn't want to disassemble the locks to take back so I contacted Mary and she was able to arrange someone to come to our house the NEXT DAY and fix our keys so they were the same. Can't get any better than that. Very happy with the quality and superb service provided. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for great quality and trendy door hardware.

Great customer service. i purchased locks which turned out to be not the right match for my doors. i sent the return back but UPS delivered to different (wrong) address. The girl offered to go to that address and get the package; this is truly going beyond the service expected. luckily the UPS was given the package by the people where they delivered by mistake. UPS delivered to correct address and i was fully refunded.
