This is an edited review.
After a lot of issues with communication and many concerns that their Florida Brewing sister company was a scam, I finally received my Glycol Chiller today, October 2nd, after I ordered it August 23rd. As a small business myself, I fully realize that its overwhelming to keep track of customer orders and as a beverage manufacturer, we are sensitive to the fact that small brew shops need to exist.
That said - we received our equipment. Because this entity is actually located in Cananda, anyone shopping in Canada probably won't have a fraction of the number of issues we did - so I recommend you purchase equipment for the states elsewhere and not from their Florida Brewing entity.
Once I got in touch with the owner, I was able to (a bit insistently) move things along and I'm very happy that we finally received the equipment today. Hopefully it's in good working order -- obviously we'll update this review if that's not the case.

Have dealt with this place before to good satisfaction but stopped in today and was VERY disappointed with their inventory. None of the basic 2 row or pale ale malts ($95 - $105 bags) in stock and no dry kviek, sa-04, or, sa-05. Maybe my expectations are too high but these are the items I have brewed with for years and just assumed they are the kind of things that a retailer of brewing supplies would never run out of. Yes they had limited more expensive options available, but I don't like to pay more for things just because they don't have the options I want in stock. Imagine I bought a substitution and my batch didn't turn out to my liking, that would be very troubling. I did ask why their inventory was so limited at the moment and got no explanation so here I am giving a bad review.

Very dissatisfied, and very poor customer service. Would give less stars if I could.
We ordered a Summit Kegerator from Toronto Brewing because of their 5-10 day lead time for the product, and hoping to support a local business.
Ordered on July 19, by Aug 13 it had still not been ordered from their supplier. I discovered this only after calling the supplier, Summit MYSELF. All this after being told the following expected delivery dates... (July 28, Aug 2, Aug 6, Aug 12/13, Aug 28, Aug 30, Sep 2) to list a few.
We were told our calls would be returned, and never were. The problem was handed from employee to employee, each one providing no help, or accurate information on our order.
We asked to get in touch with the Owner, and the employees wouldn't escalate the situation. I was told I'd be called back by the end of the day, and was not.
We had to contact the owner, Zack on Linkdin ourselves. We were so in the dark about this $4,000 fridge we had been promised delivery of numerous times, and this seemed like the only course of action.
Needless to say we've now cancelled the order, and found it cheaper on Wayfair, which will be delivered sooner than Toronto Brewing would have delivered. They promptly issued the refund, which I appreciate.

They got the type of coupler for your keg and they will charge your CO2 tank cheaper than Linde/Praxair.

Bought a penguin chiller system with a pump through them. Had nothing but issues and having sent the pump in, it doesnt look like I will ever get it back. While the staff here do show genuine effert to rectify these situations, im still stuck with a non working $3000 system, and it has been over 2 months since i submitted the request for support.

Visited Toronto Brewing in January 2024 and was blown away by how knowledgeable and friendly the staff are. We are from Cape Breton where this type of specialty store is virtually non existent. Kyle was soooo friendly and helpful. We will definitely be ordering more products on line. Can't wait to get back home and start brewing.

I just love this place. The staff are very pleasant and there is always a good selection of stuff. Ordering and picking up at the Chesswood site is a nice touch. Tip o the hat to TB - also - bring back the glassware .. my TB pint glass is fading
