Offers to get free coffee and on some other items. It's been weeks since the scanner isn't working to scan the app. The lady is saying that if i leave the drive-through and go inside, they can scan it. 99% of customers use this drive through why not put the scanner where the drive-through is? It just seems like they dont want customers to use the app to get the offers. This is sad.

I am Satwinder. Me and friends are daily customers of Tim Hortans and the location of Finch ave west and jane st. in the circle K store. From past few days. An employee named Manish in the night shift approximately at 3-5Am is not treating me and my friends in very aggressive and abusive way. He always used to blame us for out orders and always pass the aggressive and negative Comments LIKE( BLOODY FACTORY WORKERS AND MANY MORE ) AND ON 4th January 2024 at 4:30am He started blaming me for the customisation of our order and for a girl colleague who left the work. He always blame us and use abusing language with us and messes up with the orders.We always hear from him that GO to the another tim hortans we will talk like this. And many more. PLEASE LOOK AFTER THIS. My friend Tanish Channi Also faced the same problem and conditions.We are Daily CUSTOMER OF TIM HORTANS BUT BEHAVIOURAL OF THIS PERSON IS CHANGING MY THOUGHTS FOR THIS FRANCHISETHANK YOU

1st we ordered potatoes wedges they don't serve them after a certain time.2nd they did not have the proper bun for the turkry club.3rd they put it on a bagel and did not toast it or put bacon on it.He refused to give us a tray.I have never had such disappointing serve.

Such bad service at this location. Went to order some breakfast and was told they dont have it. Anyways, i substitute it with something else. Then they gave me half of my order. I had to drive all the way back and get it. Then the guy at the cash out area was laughing, saying, i forgot my order when he gave me half of my order.Tim hortons head office needs to look into this location. Wait times in the drive through is very excessive as well. Staff standing, laughing while customers need to wait for a longer time.

VERY RARELY TO I GO HERE, I INSTEAD GO TO THE YORGATE MALL LOCATION, LESS HECTIC AND NOT AS DIRTY.
Parking: LOTS OF PARKING.
Wheelchair accessibility: YES BUT IT GETS CROWDED AND ROWDY PEEPS.

This Tim hortons wasn’t about that good like the one in Steeles. I ate an English muffin sandwich for my breakfast 2 days ago but the bread came out wrong. It wasn’t an English muffin bread. It was some type of breaded biscuit instead of the English muffin bread. Also, it was a long wait as the hash browns were not available and they were making them that day. It took about 5-10 minutes and it doesent take that long to get served food at a restaurant. It was good though.

Somewhat quick service but very very very poor customer service. Almost every single man that works there has given me attitude for now reason at all, hands me my items aggressively and one time seen the drink leaking and still gave me the drink….I get it sometimes people don’t have a good day or they’re really tired but this is every single time I come to this location.

They should close this one down or hire better speaking people. The employees can’t understand simple orders. Always gets it wrong. I try to save time by going to this location since it’s before hwy 400 but I end up just leaving and going to another because they always don’t have simple menu items or just get the order wrong every time.

Their donuts are always so stale. You take one look at them and you can see how old they are. I thought it was cause I would get them at night so the end of the day ones would be stale. But I’ve gotten them during the day/morning and they’re still disgusting.
