Went in for a coffee. Took too long to order a coffee. They need to speed up the ordering. Taking too long in-between customers. There were 2 people in front of me. It took them 10 minutes to do all 3 orders.

I went to this location at 3pm on Saturday, and one female cashier refused to take my order for the Farmers Wrap. She claimed it was because it was part of the breakfast menu, which I found surprising as I had never heard of this policy before!!So the next day, I visited again, and another woman(with a guy who training) took my order for the Farmers Wrap without any issue.I tried to use a mobile coupon, but Suddenly that cashier appear AGAIN. when I presented it to the cashier, she informed me that I couldn't use it. When I asked for the reason AGAIN, she simply continued to watch the monitor without providing an explanation.Fortunately, another female cashier approached me and kindly explained why the coupon wasn't working. It turned out that I hadn't connected my credit card to the app.Even such BASIC things aren't explained, it makes me wonder how come SHE continue to work there. This not only reflects poorly on the TIM HORTON company and the team at the Holton branch, but also affects the COWORKER they work with.P.s When I was there, I noticed someone who appeared to be in training. It seems like another WOMEN should be trained as well.

This is ridiculous, I started avoiding this location on UberEats - 9/10 orders are wrong, and it seems to be on purpose. When ordering 2 donuts of the same kind, you would most likely get different ones. Milk/sugar preferences they take as suggestions. I once ordered soup and got milk carton instead - it’s like someone is making fun of customers. And the cherry on top - you now can’t refund the items they get wrong on the app.PS. I have gone to that location a couple of times in-person and the experience was somewhat similar. A dozen of people yelling at each other and orders are taking absurdly long.

The workers here are all very kind, and patient. They also work really fast, I wait no longer that 2 minutes for my order. Granted I do sometimes order the Roast beef cravable but considering how packed it gets around morning and lunchtime they're very fast. I like coming here for my hot chocolates during the winter ?

My One of the worst Tim Hortans Experience.Don't visit this site they have very unprofessional staff.They don't know how to take customer order and they forget to complete order then you have to go again to them for the complete order .Very Unprofessional behaviour.NEVER GO TO THIS TIM HORTANS. For Example,I Have ordered Potato Wedges they Forget to give the Ketchup.The Staff is so poor.WORST TIM HORTANS EXPERIENCE
