Wonderful experience today. I believe I interacted with the female owner and she was very helpful, patient, and kind. I was actually having a hard day and she lightened my heart.One of the top customer experiences I ever had anywhere or at a North American UPS Store. Thank you!

On official UPS store website the price for a print and digital passport size Photo is $25 plus tax. But this guy charged me $30 plus taxes, giving the reason that every store has its own prices, man you run a franchise model and not your own store. He was not at all ready to reduce his price

Me and my wife visited this store to get photo services. The lady who was working there helped us to get the photos we needed in a very short period of time. She was very helpful. Overall our experience at that time was good.

Convenient location . Sufficient parking. Busy roads near area can get congested. Has full service and self-serve.

I have used UPS in four different countries, and UPS Store 4 at Don Mills is far and beyond the best UPS I have ever interacted with. I visit the store almost weekly for business-related shipments. Packages arrive on time and in perfect condition, the store is always clean and fresh, and the customer service is impeccable. I very much appreciate Harris and Ben for their perpetual generosity and respect towards customers. Despite having a UPS store closer to my residence, I still opt to visit Store 4 for their wonderful service.

They actually refused to print 1 sheet of label for me saying: "Can't you see I'm busy? We don't have a computer guy!". Why do you even need a computer guy to print? What is the point of running a print shop then? Just don't waste your time going there.

I've had one of the worst experiences of my life at this location. I would strongly advice to not go to this UPS store. Granted, this wasn't my first time picking up a package at this location. It's the nearest one to my current place of residence, just a cross the street. I came there on August 17th to pick up a package, and one of the employees was very kind and super helpful, with no problems at all. I picked up my package, thanked him, and left.I ended up picking up the same package again a few days later. Only this time, Harris, the manager, was there, and he decided to give me a hard time for no good reason. I don't understand why he gave me such a hard time when it was the same package I came to pick up a few days prior, and his employee had no problems giving it to me.The man caused me an enormous amount of distress. He was rude, unprofessional, sarcastic, and even made a mockery of me and wasted my time. He called me back and told me that my package was delivered, great, I came to get it. This man knew I was coming. It's not like he wasn't expecting me because it was 2 minutes before closing. I arrived, and I gave him my name, ID, and tracking number. All of the information one would need in order to find the correct package. Sadly for little old Harris, that was too difficult. What he found confusing was that the name that was on the box was spelled differently. It had my first name on it along with my boyfriends first name. I provided him an ID that proved it was my name. However, the address on my ID was different than the one on the box. I told him the correct address, nope, that wasn't good enough. Even with me calling in, giving him a tracking number, an ID, and telling him the address, Harris still wasn't able to form enough brain cells to give me my package. It's not my job to explain to a grown man critical thinking and common sense. It's not hard to put two and two together when we both got off the phone previously. He took it as a literal government name. He only gave me my package because I showed him an e-statement from my bank with the correct address. He accused me of trying to commit fraud even though though I gave him all the information he needed to hand me over the package, and this was a package that was distributed to me previously.Regardless, I didn't deserve to have my time wasted and made a fool of. This has never happened to me before, I'm still shaking. The most disgusting experience of my life. He was very arrogant and incompetent. I honestly don't know how he is a manager when the employees he manages are more helpful, willing, and above all kind. The most upsetting thing about all of this it was my birthday, too. All I wanted was my package, and instead, I was insulted. Do not go there. Save yourself the mental strain. I still got my package, sure, but it didn't have to be this difficult, and I didn't need to be humiliated in the process because a grown adult didn't know how to use his brain. If I could give this place a lower rating, I would.
