One of the best services I ever got in this kind of business! Mike was so helpful and made so easy to rent the U-Haul. As long as I am living in the area I’ll never rent a U-Haul in a different place, just this location. Plus the front desk was such a sweetheart! Thank you guys, you’ve made our day happier.

A female staff was very unprofessional treating customer.It was just a simple one page to be printed that was supposed to be a very simple transaction.But this said staff have no manner in giving instructions how things work or how to do things if a customer wants something to be printed.The tone of her voice, the body language and the facial expression is like she never taught of good manners and right conduct during her childhood education.

dropped off package for US worth $700 that didnt have invoice,and asked if everything was ok, was told yes looks fine. Went through a true nightmare because of that ,never got delivered ,and didnt even come back to me lost the $700 ,very complex story to explain but it was really bad ,spent so much time on phone with UPS and they didnt do anything for me but made me think they were working on it every time ! Also that same guy was very arrogant and rude, other times I have been there !

If you’re reading these reviews wondering how good of a place this is, it’s not good, it’s AMAZING! I’ve picked up several packages from this store, as well as rented a few U-Haul vehicles, so hopefully my handful of experiences are telling of the consistency of high-quality service. Mike and Moe are both extremely flexible and great to communicate with. I genuinely recommend this place for anything package or moving related!

I only use a courier once in a blue moon and I am not familiar with their procedures. Using this store to get an overnight to Florida was an absolute pleasure. The staff were friendly, courteous and went out of their way to assist me and make this a great experience.
