We were looking for sectional in many stores; but luckily we found this company.
The store has a lot of selection Italian leather furniture at very good price and quality.
The staff is professional and very kind. Denny is knowledgeable salesperson; he explained a lot of details about leather quality and help us to make right decision. It is also a pleasure to deal with Emma who patiently answered all our questions. The service at the store is exceptional.

Variety of selection especially on leather sofa in good quality
Denny whom we met at show room and organized every procedure from product detail to delivery option he offered exceptionally prominent customer service in polite & friendly manner. It was impressive shopping experience and prompt delivery service which is hardly expected in Canada.

I heard about The Sofa Company from online Ad. I contacted Janette great communication and to speak to Denny at store. I met Denny and he was amazing. I picked model out and love the Eames repro chair & ottoman!!! Happy to support a family business. Customer service is impeccable.Thx again Janette & Denny!

We bought a sectional sofa recently from The Sofa Company. Both the product and customer service are excellent.We visited the show room twice and Denny introduced their products and leather patiently. No push, we took our time to compare and select. Denny knows their products very well and gave us a lot of help. The sofa looks great, fits our space. Denny suggested linen beige to us, it is warm and beautiful, matches with its environment. The leather is thick and with high quality. The price is also good. The delivery was quick after the order was placed.We couldn't be happier.

They advertised a floor model Eames chair on Marketplace. "Like New" was their exact description. I called to confirm it was still available and that they would hold it for me till I could get to the store. Today I drove 1 1/2 hours in city traffic to pick up the chair. The chair had big gouges on the back, the leather was stained, the feet on the chair were damaged, the chair wobbled and made a clicking sound when you sat in it. Then to top it all off they had sold the ottoman to another customer. Poor service and misrepresentation. Be very careful buying from these people. UPDATE: Now they are putting the blame on me. I called to confirm they will hold the chair for me, I even offered to put down a deposit. They did not have multiple chairs for sale only the damaged floor model, which she states was unsuitable for sale but yet it was on the floor with a price tag and she would have sold it to me. Excellent condition???? Don't deal with these people.

Amazing experience! We purchased a chair online and it was so easy, made cashless payment once I saw the chair. When I picked the chair up, staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and that the chair was in new condition! Highly recommended and will purchase again from them.

Good collection, good pricing, reasonable to excellent customer service (depending on what you are expecting and how fast).
Just been 2weeks with the sofa I bought from here... definitely way better than many other stores in terms of firmness, support and comfort.
Denny n Emma are very helpful!
Denny is superman. He personally came to address a small issue we had with the sofa!

Nice location with lots of selection to look at. Generally the price point is affordable for very high quality "made in Italy" sofa. Staff are very helpful and easy to approach with questions.

Read about this place on a forum and decided to check it out based on the google reviews. Ended up buying an Italian made leather sofa and replica Eames chair. Both feel sturdy and of high quality especially for the price I paid. I did a lot of online research and think this place has an unbeatable quality for price. Also had excellent no pressure sales service. 5 star experience and would highly recommend to friends and family.
