Won’t shop at Shoe Company anymore (or their DSW/partner stores). Used to be OK years ago (and Gloria was always friendly). Went to return a pair of shoes at Lawrence Plaza store which I purchased elsewhere only days prior. The woman at the cash was so rude. Awful experience. Her questions were very odd. I had my receipt and it should have been a 2-minute transaction. Will not go back!

Was looking for a specific shoe and the website said this location had low stock. Called multiple times to make sure they still had some but no answer. I asked one of the of the other stores to call them and they got no answer either. Was forced to travel 25min only to find out they had none (or maybe they were just to lazy to properly check) Thanks for making me waste my time and my gas! The one star is the lowest google allows but 0 stars is really what they deserve

I often come to this location for my family. When I had a problem with an online order, Manager Nicole was always helpful. She is kind, nice, and organized. I highly recommend this place.

I order shoes for my 3 year old online and they were shipped to me from this store with the tac of the security tag sticking out the side of the shoe. They were also extremly scuffed and dirty. These were all white shoes so the dirt was clear to see but they still sent it out... when i brought it back to the store the staff was very lackadaisical anbout the situation. The customer service was horrible. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone

Had the pleasure of discussing shoes with the manager Nicole today at Bathurst and Lawrence. She failed horribly in Customer101 and made comments that were borderline sarcastic and belittling. Needless to say I won't be back ever and my family and friends will be warned about her. The most negative sales experience I could imagine. Nicole needs to get a job she doesn't hate as much.

We were there on boxers week. Prices were amazing. My wife got two pairs and I got myself some winter boots. The manager, Melanie, was amazing to us and for everyone who was there, really. She really know her shoes, is very helpful, quick and friendly and she was the main reason we got three pairs that day. We will be back!!

Visitied shoe conapny store at Vaughan Mills supper busy and messy look like short staff. Self help pricing is affordable but you need to go and find your things.
