I regret buying my vanity at Reno Superstore. Got it home & noticed cabinet door handles were unevenly spaced & one was mounted crooked. I called RS & Hussein said they would have someone come replace the doors. A month went by & I followed up, spoke with Hussein who assured me someone was coming. Another month, followed up again, this time spoke with Mo. Mo was helpful, he said he would have someone there immediately. I tried to verify the details of my vanity with Mo, but he said that was not necessary. Unfortunately it turned out it was necessary, as a man arrived the next day with replacement doors for a 22" vanity & chrome hw for my 42" vanity w nickel hw. Anyway this gave me the contact of Topcan Vanity, the store in Scarborough that actually built it. I started dealing directly with them & I made a trip out there to finally get it resolved.2 star bc at least RS tried to correct the problem, but I had to stay on top of them & do all the leg work to get it fixed. They were totally hands off and offered no solutions aside from just calling Topcan Vanity.

Hussein was great to deal with. He told me the product I needed would take a week or so to ship, and when I told him I needed something sooner - he suggested an even better product that was in stock. I am super happy with the customer service and how the project turned out. Very high quality vanity and superior finish. I will certainly come back here for future projects. Thanks again!

I ordered a door seven weeks ago. After one week, I was told that it would be available in a week. After three weeks, I was told they would look into it. After another week, I was told they couldn't get it and they would issue a refund. Two more weeks have passed but no refund. Not one of these communications was initiated by the people there. I had to leave at least a dozen messages on the phone. I also emailed them several times and I even went into the store in person twice so far. I guess taking someone's money and not giving it back is the new normal? I would not recommend giving a penny to this place unless they are handing you the goods at the same time. I have seen no reason to extend trust to this establishment. Beware.

I really wish I could give this company a zero star but unfortunately you can’t! Their staff are very unreliable, incompetent and unprofessional. I ordered 9 doors back in March it’s now November unbelievable!! they could not deliver to their ETA of 4-6 weeks. Be aware of this company, better shop at other company such as new Canadians Lumber that actually was able to deliver my doors in 4 days for exactly the same door.

bad quality liars unreliable, be aware they will sell you second hand products all damaged, i bought my products from them promised shipping never did, even thought they charged me shippinng.. year later i had to rent my own truck and pick them up myself wont return money back even thought out of stock for over a year, stay away from them bunch of crooks and thieves.

I'm extremely disappointed.Ordered some doors online, payment went through, and the next day, i was told that the items that i ordered were out of stock. That is okay. This can happen. So i asked for a substitute, and he asked me to wait for half an hour. I was waiting for about 5 hours and ended up calling him many times. There was no answer, and i found the substitute from a different store.Later on, he called me and said something, and i didn't listen to him but saying "Please cancel the order and refund the money back to my credit card." He said yes. It's been three days, and there has been no cancelation email or pending card transaction showing my bank account. So i called the store many times and no one answered, of course and left the vkoice mail towice and no follow up so far. What should i do? I am so frustrated.

Visited this location to see options and then emailed them to inquire about ordering a bathroom vanity. Their responses were quick and professional to start. I was ready to place my order but noticed they have a Price Match Guarantee on their website. I was able to find the same vanity I wanted at 2 other stores for about $100 cheaper and when I inquired about the price match and sent links to the cheaper stores, I got no response and was ghosted. So just beware that it seems like they don't actually have a price match guarantee - totally shady! They also charge $119 for delivery which is insane to me! I happily went to Toronto Vanity and had a great experience and got an even better price in store, saved about $200 in the end.

Great customer service! Lots of selection of doors, and beautiful tile options that are current and in style!! Loved the Etobicoke location and easy to find/ park. Highly recommended!
