Bad Quality control!
Bought a bed frame from them and the measurements were way off! The bed slat was too short that it broke the side rail mount when installed! i ended up using a bed slat from my old one and it worked perfectly. The side rail on the right side was too long that it left a big gap between the mattress and the frame. Same thing had already happened to me when i bought a twin size bed frame from them and they had to replace it, the whole process was a hassle! had no choice but to improvise and fix this one all myself. The twin size bed frame i bought from them didn’t even last a year, this one will probably not last even half a year! I’m demanding a Refund!
