A good selection of various fixtures and accessories for the bathroom. I was however very surprised that for a bathroom fixture store, the bathrooms for their customers were appalling - rickety, dirty doors that look like they haven’t been painted in decades, old toilets, old dirty sink and cheap soap. It struck me that this was a reflection of how much they value their customers. Wouldn’t buy anything from this place.

I am thoroughly disappointed with Kohler’s inability to provide proper service and support for their Smart Veil toilet in Canada. Despite being a premium product, the after-sales service is abysmal. There is no direct number to reach a Kohler representative, leaving customers in the dark when issues arise.
You cannot get a regular plumber to fix it.
Both Taps Sales and Kohler have failed to offer any solutions or meaningful support. They seem to pass the buck, with neither taking responsibility. This lack of accountability and support is unacceptable for a product in this price range.
For anyone in Canada considering a Kohler Smart Veil toilet, I strongly advise against it. The frustration of dealing with their non-existent customer service simply isn’t worth it.

What a horrible place.
You walk in people look at you don't acknowledge you... don't say hello... or can I help you with anything?
It seems like the employees here behave as if they are elitist, considering it a privilege for customers to buy from them. One of the staff members glanced at me twice without any acknowledgment. I'll take my money elsewhere without any issue.

Terrible place. Ladies at reception were nice, but the salespeople messed up my order. First of all, they were giving misleading prices. Take your money somewhere else

Customer service is mediocre AT BEST for such a nice place with a huge variety. The loading people in the back are fantastic however. Such a disappointment my experience has been here.

Beyond terrible customer service. I’ve spent months trying to get help with an expensive water system we purchased. I’ve wasted hours of my time emailing, phoning, following up with zero results. Would not recommend.

Awful customer service who is not empathetic and doesn't care about you. They don't stand behind what they sell you. I highly encourage you to look elsewhere if you can.

Mostly high end, but quality merchandise. I preferred the Toronto showroom over the Mississauga one. Salesperson extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Oh yeah the place to go and find your replacement cartridge, they know faucets with the right pictures or an old cartridge that you have brought them ,And i always send my customers there if the are renovating their bathroom or kitchen

The worst customer service experience ever. Be prepared for long wait times, talking to people who don’t care about you or your order - also good luck picking up your order. It takes forever and no one is helpful. Be warned - shop somewhere else, I will never come back here ever again.
