Worst Carwash Experience - BROKE MY SEAT SENSOR!
I took my car to this carwash expecting a basic cleaning service, but instead, I left with a broken seat sensor! How does that even happen during a car wash? The staff clearly have no idea what they’re doing, and their lack of care resulted in expensive damage to my car. When I confronted them, they refused to take responsibility and acted as if it wasn’t their problem. Absolutely unprofessional.

Great staff, nice work for the price. Just leaving 4 star as there is just a bit of improvement to have for the interior cleaning and wipe down and rim detailing. I will be back here for my next washes

This place really went down hill. Extremely disrespectful owner, said that my seats and carpets needed to be shampooed at $20 each X 5 because of dog hair, although they have done this before without shampooing. He came into the waiting room and embarrassed me in front of other customers, not letting me get a word in and dictating to me that he won’t do the job unless I pay an extra $100. Really sad to see this happen to the place as I used to be a regular customer. One of the employees pulled me aside and said the owner is stressing due to gambling debts and has been doing this with all customers.

I have been coming here for years and never had a bad experience, yesterday was the worse car cleaning I have received , my car was still not clean in the inside , I got the guy to re vaccum my car , I even gave him a tip for doing it again , as I’m looking at my windows and the side and underneath my seats it’s still filled with debris, I’m very unhappy with this cleaning outcome , especially being a loyal customer.

Went to this business specifically and explained there was tree sap on my car and didn’t know how to clean it off. When car was ready there was still sap on the windows. Pointed it out and the guy grudgingly cleared it off. Got home and still found sap on the roof and windows. Really disappointed!

My 2020 Civic coupe was broken inbto and the jerks that broke in spilled a coffe on the front passenger seat. I had
Supreme do a hand wash and inteior clean, as well, had the 2 front seats shampooed. End result was fantastic. All stains to the seats were removed with the interior looking like new again. Excellent service and I highly recommend Supreme.

This place used to be great. But it went from great to worse. Laziest car washers. They didnt clean my car well. Still a lot of dirt and spots on my car. I thought they can clean/wash my car better than i can. Guys, if you can clean and vacuum your car by yourself, just do it. Your money is not worth it paying them to get your car cleaned.

I got recommended by my buddy I was in the area to get a wash but I have to tell you I wish I didn't go ......I really don't understand why anyone does and based the reviews I see I should have checked first ......the owner never replies to good or positive reviews I guess people are just complacent with the location
