I have gotten all 4 of my mattresses from here. My family has also bought dozens from here over the past 16 plus years. I’ve never had one person have any issues. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Was referred to Springmade Mattress by a relative as I was looking for a new mattress. Joe and his team went above and beyond to ensure I wanted the exact mattress I was looking for. The whole process was easy and simple. Prices cannot be beat.I have had my mattress now for almost a year and it still feels like it is brand new. Highly recommended!!

I was referred to this company by my friend, who has 2 mattresses from them. Well, I called through the phone, since I am not from GTA. After a pleasant conversation, where I explained what I wanted, I got my mattresse on a week!!! And it is awesome!!! Never had a better experience!!!Highly recommended!

We were referred to Springmade by a family friend and we're so happy we went with them. Unbeatable price, quality and service from Joe and team! We ordered a foam king mattress plus a king bed and queen bed. The locally made mattress was delivered promptly within a week as promised while the beds are taking a bit longer as they're imported. Based on the measurements for our staircase we knew that the king mattress was a tight squeeze to the 2nd floor. The delivery team arrived but lacked the necessary straps to compress the mattress in order to fit up the stairs. No problem, when the team called Joe he immediately drove from his shop on the west end of the city to our house on the east end to deliver the straps and help the team seamlessly move the mattress to the 2nd floor. I was very impressed with the level of personal service and highly recommend Springmade! We're very much enjoying the new mattress!

We ordered and received 2 twin mattresses, box springs and frames, on our daughter's recommendations and her Mother in law. No problems received when they said good to deal with. Only thing we ordered a medium mattress and found it too hard for us. Called Joe no problem he is delivering 2 soft mattresses to us for the cost of delivery only since we are a piece away. Thank you Joe. Great company and product. Will refer to anyone we know that is looking for beds!!!

We bought 3 mattresses over the last 16 years from this place, all of them are still in great shape being used every day and still going in fact I went yesterday for a 4th one. I drove about 70 KM to the store but it worth it. Great quality, amazing prices and very pleasant people to work with

Joe was very nice to deal with. I was able to make a custom queen mattress for about $900. I’ve had the mattress for about 6 months now and no issues. I had small time window I needed the delivery for due to the moving elevator being booked and they were able to work with it. I had already recommended this place to others but we’ll see how long the bed lasts. Hopefully it’ll be about 10 years

Took delivery of my custom built Cali King mattress 1 month ago. It is extremely comfortable, has great build quality, and is a pleasure to sleep on. Joe was fabulous to work with, he answered all of my questions to ensure I was happy with my selection. Highly recommended.....Most comfortable mattress we ever owned!
Ever since we got our matress and bed from Springmade we’ve been sleeping like a baby!
Joe was really nice and did a wonderful job making our bed and matress! Also the delivery was amazingly fast and on time with everything nicely wraped so no damages to the stairway! So happy with my purchase!
