For a store that's been in this plaza for decades, you'd think it's survived due to customer service. Boy was I wrong! I brought a disposable camera here to get developed and was offered digital or printed prints. I paid for digital and waited over 2 weeks for email delivery. The email never came so I called the store and they told me they printed the photos! I looked at the stub they gave me - AND - it's even written on the stub (in the owners handwriting) - DIGITAL. The owner got mad at me on the phone saying I should have said digital. I demanded to send digital prints, he huffed, and then took another week to finally deliver my digital prints. I then asked if I could have the printed prints due to his error and a sign of goodwill - he said no. LOL....what a joke!

The guy is rude, the place is disgusting filthy, the price is too much. Customer service sucks, he doesnt want to send the photo to my email, he wants me to comeback, this guy is terrible. Staples is way better. Waste of time waste of money and will ruin your day.

Excellent service from Panaj. $21.50 with tax for two terrific passport pictures. Well worth it for an important document. Remember no smiling! ?

This is one great man and his studio , very humble and with great customer service , patient and polite with children . For passport photos this is the place to have them. Thank you sir for your humility and service .

I would say, if you want to have a good Passport Photo then go get it from this place! Well, just imagine that photo will be on your passport for 10 years! You want a nice photo! Right?!It was my first time to get my Passport photo and I love how it turned out! It was recommended by my brother and I am happy I did come to this place!I like the guy who worked there! He literally lives up to his job! He made sure every client have good outputs. I really get what I paid for.This is not a place if you are looking for something rush. It took few hours before it was ready. Maybe if you come early in the morning you’ll get it sooner or if it’s not too busy.
