I recently rented a unit at Smart Stop Storage, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! Alpha, the staff member in the office, provided outstanding customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect unit for my needs.
The facility itself is impressively clean and well-maintained, giving me peace of mind knowing my belongings are stored in a safe environment. I also appreciated the security features in place; it’s clear they take safety seriously.
One of the highlights for me was the convenient loading dock located close to my unit. It made moving my items in and out so much easier! Accessibility is a big plus here, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free.
Overall, I highly recommend Smart Stop Storage for anyone in need of storage solutions. With great customer service from Alpha, a clean facility, and convenient access, they truly stand out!

I recently rented out a storage unit at 69 Torbarrie and I have nothing but great things to say. Goziri was amazing! Not only did he help me figure out what suited my needs but in all the professionalism and friendly atmosphere he provided was greatly appreciated. With that being my first time ever having to rent out a storage unit he made the process stress free and provided me with all the knowledge I needed and more. I would definitely recommend Goziri and this location to anyone looking for assistance in finding a unit.

The first and second month were okay, but after that my storage unit price just keeps increasing. Now it’s double of what I start at and there was no warning(no email or letter) facilities good but the prices are just too expensive
