My experience with Small Space Plus has been less than ideal. At first, I ordered a couch they assured me was a certain size, and they delivered the larger version of the same couch. They did pick it up and replace with the correct size, but the wrong colour. They assured me that they would provide me with a cover set in the correct colour. This all happened in April. I was told it would be at least 10 weeks to ship from China and that it was on an August shipment, which was then "delayed". Finally I was told it was on the October shipment. I have heard nothing from Sept 7, despite reaching out. That is a 6-month wait. I think I've been patient, but lack of information is not great customer service.
My first impression had been very positive, and I'm pretty happy with the product, but the dropped communication has left me unsatisfied.

Horrible business. Avoid at all costs. Treats their customers terribly. Lie. Cheat. They do whatever they can to sell you garbage products then don’t follow up if there’s an issue. Lied about being bankrupt so they didn’t have to help me. Save yourself the headache and shop literally anywhere else. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Seamless experience, from buying to installation. I bought the furniture, I was able to select the preferred date of delivery.
The installers were great and fast, they showed us some tips and tricks as well.
Kevin at the store was also great as he quickly replied to my emails and made sure everything went according to plan.
Products are as pictured on the website, they have an assortment of products coming from various good quality suppliers.

This would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the dropped communication. Before that, service great, replys quick, questions answered, (many) and no high pressure sales tactics.
My whole journey was done online, never saw the sofa until it arrived. Great job, looks to be well made, and comfortable. Thanks Kevin for all your help.

We purchased furniture from SmallSpacePlus twice and we are highly impressed with their professionalism, service and product quality. We got Otto bed and Cube ottoman 4 years back and it is still in good shape. We recently received our new Penelope bed, Harper bench and Woodrow storage table. The delivery and assembly was smooth. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Almost every piece is multi functional. I recommend this store and their products.

Highly recommend shopping here for your space. I had been eyeing a bed on their website for months as I have been looking to upgrade my old Ikea one, and I decided to make the trip to see it in person. I was helped by a very nice man with brown hair and a tan -- he was able to make great recommendations, and with no pressure I made the jump and made the purchase. I'm now very very happy with my stylish and funtional new storage bed!! ?? I will be back to continue to furnish my place.

Edited: Right from the beginning there were problems with the bed we purchased. We had several technicians coming in and namely Joe was very helpful. After they came 6th time they decided to replace the bed.
Unfortunately the new bed started to squeak not even 2 months after the old one was replaced. So we recorded a video and sent it to them but after no response for a month. I called them and was told they were working with the manufacturer to see what to do. When I called second time (2 weeks later) they hanged up on me..and since then there is silence..
And to be fair, I feel bad for this company because they sent technicians so many times they probably spent half the cost of the bed on the service. But I feel worse for myself, having numerous issues with what was supposed to be an upgrade from Ikea and instead I am stuck with annoyingly loud, squeaky bed that cost me crazy money.
In terms of Small Spaces response - our technician mentioned the pistons might have been too strong but not that it was 100% what caused the squaking. Last we spoke to him, he said he might have been able to get pistons that could work better but we never heard anything back. Nevertheless, it is ridiculous that our mattress, purchased from a well-known brand (Sleep County) is being blamed. And if this is the case and our standard mattress is to be blamed, then the manufacturer/ Small Spaces should provide a mattress compatibility warning for customers before they purchase the bed. Either or I don't see how I, as a customer, can be blamed for this situation?

About six weeks ago, my wife and I visited the Small Space furniture store and were immediately drawn to a specific, elegant sofa brand. Kevin, the salesman, did not have the specific product on display but kindly offered to take us to the manufacturer's showroom the following week. At the showroom, there were several exquisite options and also the invaluable opportunity to question and secure detailed answers from the manufacturer. We carefully picked our choice sofa, and it was delivered punctually five weeks later.
Our overall experience working with Small Space was exceptionally positive. Kevin took the time to thoroughly understand our needs and ensure that the product met our specific requirements. His delivery team was highly professional, meticulously installed the furniture, and moved other pieces that needed to be relocated. They were organized and remarkably efficient.

Amazing experience with Div and Kevin! These guys gained a lifetime customer. Not only are their items amazing, prices quite attractive but customer service goes above and beyond anything I've ever experienced. They are prompt, responsive, extremely accommodating and ensure the customer is satisfied. I highly recommend Small Space Plus and have been spreading the word around to all my friends who are actually impressed with all the household items and furniture I've recently purchased from there.
