We bought a mattress from this location and when it shipped to our home it had three holes on the bottom (patched up and one exposed). We asked for a refund and they did not provide us with a refund. They gave us two options which both included us paying them at least 15% of the mattress and receiving only credit. I would not recommend this store to anyone, very very bad experience!

Had a great experience with sales guy named Chris. Very knowledgeable, not pushy, and really helped figure out what was the best fit for me. I’d definitely recommend this store and Chris to my friends and family.

Staff are knowledgeable about the pillows to the mattresses and recommendations. Great to work with and aren't pushy about purchasing anything. They assisted me in figuring out what kind of pillow I would need and the different type of mattresses to informing me how warranty works!Would definitely recommend them for future purchases!

Chris is awesome! He helped me figure out what mattress I need and its smooth sailing from walking into the store and to delivery of my purchase. Great price! He arranged to have my old mattress picked up for a small fee...all together it was an excellent service and experience. Quality mattress and better sleep for us now. Thanks Chris!

My dad bought adjustable bed and loves it. Moe was very nice and knowledgeable very kind to us. He even called us a few days after we got the bed to make sure we were satisfied with it. I thought he went way beyond what he needed to do. I very much appreciate the person he is so thank u

I have been to many sleep countries and the staff here are by far the most knowledgeable and kind. They take time to make sure that the mattress you get is the best for you and at the best price. This was my first mattress purchase for myself and I wasn’t sure how delivery would work; come to find out that for an additional cost, there’s an option for the delivery team to come and remove my old mattress and replace/ set up my new one! Moh and Chris were the ones who helped me in the process, I would like to thank them once again for being so transparent! They are truly so genuine and continue to help our community in hard times.

We had recently purchased a great Tempur pedic mattress from Sherway Gardens. We happened to be shopping in the area, so we went into this Sleep Country (401 Weston) to look at a base. Chris spent a great deal of time educating us on the various types available. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us. He spent time searching on the computer to find the most suitable one for us, keeping in mind the functionality as well as the cost. We are very pleased that we ended up with an amazing adjustable base. Thank you, Chris!

Edit: The saga continues. After the miscommunication regarding the delivery of the mattress as originally posted, we came to find out Sleep County delivered the wrong version of the mattress we ordered (apparently a mistake on the part of the salesman who entered the wrong product code according to a fellow I spoke with on the phone last Monday). The fellow I spoke with said it was an easy fix, he would correct the product code and the mattress would be replace today (Tuesday). Well the mattress was replaced today but not with the mattress we ordered. It's a completely different model which is a good three inches thinner than the one we ordered making it so low it's difficult for my aged aunt to get out of bed. Once again, I'm left wondering how Sleep Country stays in business as clearly attention to detail and customer satisfaction are not considered important factors to their business model. I could care less what the mattress is like when the delivery we paid for was so poorly managed. I received a phone call this morning as indicated between 8-9am to inform me delivery would be between 4-7pm. At 1:30 I received a text message telling me delivery would be between 15-45 minutes from the time the text was received, 2.5 hours before the stated delivery time. Rushed to the delivery location to meet the delivery people only to then find out the delivery is now at 3:56, the time gets later each time I check. If the delivery is not complete by 7pm at the latest it’s my expectation we will receive a full refund, including delivery fees! I doubt there is anything special about Sleep Country’s mattresses as they are supplied by the same manufacturers as any other store. What I thought I was getting at Sleep Country was exceptional service. Clearly that is a myth.

Was not completely satisfied with purchase. After returning to store and with help from sales associate and through customer service telephone assistance, we were overwhelmed witha replacement product and quick delivery. Thx

Really disappointed with the service, and in particular, with Chris from the sales team. My father purchased an $800 mattress in person and was told that with his purchase, the mattress would be delivered and his old mattress taken away - both for free….When two guys came with the truck to deliver our new mattress today and we had the old one ready to go, all of a sudden we are being asked for $56 to take our old mattress away.The two delivery guys confirmed this exact miscommunication happens often when they deliver mattresses. It’s appalling that my father was straight up lied to his face and was misled about this charge. It’s even more appalling that this isn’t an isolated incident, as revealed by the delivery drivers.We sent the mattress back for refund and are never shopping at sleep country again.

Terrible service. Went with my father to buy him a mattress. Sales guy named Chris said delivery was free and they would take our old mattress. When delivery people showed up and it was a different story. The delivery drivers also said that this happens all the time.

Unfortunately we have a very bad experience. They guy was asking questions and after he advised us with a mattress which was clearly wrong for our sleeping pattern. That came to light when we went back to complain because it was too firm. That was told by another sales person who said that for us the medium or soft would be better. Yes, but the problem is Sleep Country does not let you exchange the mattress only once. Unforunately this was the point where we should have been in the beginning where we had to chose between medium or soft and if we chose the wrong one we can still exchange to the good one. But because the first person advised us the completely wrong mattress he blew our chance. So we took the medium but unfortunately it is still hard and now we are stuck with this. We spoke with other professionals and all of them said for us the firm is not good. So thanks for the first sales man we got the wrong choice and lost the exchange option. We dont know what to do now :(
