I had a very bad experience at this store. I bought some products online but then I was not satisfied with them, I asked the customer service rep through online chat that whether I could return it or not and they said I could return at any store. Then I came to this store, but when I just started that I wanted to return the item, the sale rep (or whoever he is since he was the only person in the store) yelled at me that he doesnt do return, I told him nicely that I was talking to the customer service about this but he kept on raised his voice that why I bought it and now I said dont want it, why I didnt come to the store to check and buy. He was really rude to me that I had to raise my voice back to say could he talk politely to me but he kept on shouting to me that go to any other stores to do return. I called to the support number to complain and the representative said sorry to me and he already reported to the store manager and I would have a phone call back, but then I havent got any call abt this. Never recommend this store to anyone I know

Purchased 2 mattresses, a pillow, sheet sets, mattress protectors in December 2021 - all from Joe. Joe was an excellent Sleep Country Representative, and answered all my questions and provided my family with excellent prices!I also spoke with Mr. T - he also provided excellent customer service.All covid protocols were followed!

I went in today to pick out some pillows. I asked for some recommendations and the sales associate (the only person there) was more pre occupied with procedures so I don't get the mattress dirty (I didn't). When I was interested in a pillow, I asked for the brand and name of the pillow. He told me to look it up online - I didn't end up finding this pillow on the website. He barely got up from his desk to help me and there was no one else in the store.

Today I came into this store for a spring box. I was surprised by a quoted price and the sales person (the only person who was in the store) started waving me away and yelled at me to go to a different place. He behaved like an offended street market seller in an underdeveloped country.My past experience at a different location, Thornhill, was really good though.

I had bought mattress at another store and I needed to pay for it at this store, since I couldn't pay online and my card had limits and I needed help. But Joe wasn't welcoming, helpful and patient while no other customer was at store and he was totally free.+He asked me why you didn't buy at my store?

Horrible Product. Dont buy from them.We bought a king sized bed about 1 year ago from Sleep Country. Within one week, the bed began to sag in the spot that I sleep and the spot where my wife sleeps. We contacted Sleep Country and they exchange the bed. On the 2nd bed, it began to sag again within one month. But we didnt contact Sleep Country at that time. Things got progressively worse so that it feels like we sleep in a valley and the centre of the bed is a mountain. Sleeping that way is terrible. So we contacted Sleep Country and they asked us to send pictures...which we did. The compression was 1". Sleep Country would not do anything about this problem because they said they would only fix the problem if the depression was 1.5". In other words, they consider a 1" depression fine, but not a 1.5" depression. That is outrageous because sleeping with a 1" depression is horrible. Its hard to believe that a bed would sag that much after such a short period of time. Our previous bed was 25 years old and didnt sag one iota. It was as flat on the last day as the first. It seems that Sleep Country has sold us a piece of garbage. I would never buy from them again and recommend that everyone else buy from a place that sells non defective mattresses.
