Bought Silva chase and Silva sofa offThe Brick Floor model paid 2500Got it home within two weeks springs started popping off We called the brick they said they won’t help since it was floor model. So my husband took off cover of bottom of couch to see how to fix it ourselves. So poorly made all the brackets to springs had popped off the boards are chip board staples together I will show pictures on the siteService: Couches/sofas
