Very good experience. Mike was very very helpful and honest. I am super super happy with it.I bought a BMW 335i from Mike. I got a very good deal. There was a minor issue with the turn signal stalk. Mike was able to get the issue resolved very quickly before I took delivery of the car. After taking delivery it, I found out the front brake pads and rotors needed replacement. Mike got this covered under his safety inspection warranty without even asking any questions. Mike not only paid for all the parts and labor costs, but also chose to buy the best quality parts for me. This is really beyond my expectation!I was cautious at first, since I had a bad experience with another used car dealership to a point where I almost reported them to the OMVIC. But this time I had a great great experience at Mike's shop! I fully trust Mike. I will probably buy my next car from Mike as well.

I read the reviews before going to Signature so I was cautious.After speaking with Mike, he was open and, IMHO, honest on the car. I got full disclosure.I bought a 2016 Maserati and Im SUPER HAPPY with it.Not only that, Mike did EVERYTHING he said he would do when we did the handshake deal.I would go back!

Avoid these guys like the plague. They will sell you salvaged cars and try and pass them off as safe clean title cars. Omvic has fined them $62,000 for fraud and misleading.

Robert was great to deal with. I was away a few times he called but my wife was quite happy dealing with him. He had our dream car in great shape, but it wasn't manual. Otherwise it would have been ours. A good guy to deal with, family man....respectful & courteous. I would send my mom, sister, whatever there....I dont know what an earlier poster was complaining about....but she only had 2 Google reviews, likely a catfish!

That was the best my experience of buying a car. I was dealing with Mike. First of all, there is no any pushing at all, nobody is selling you a car, this is you who is buying it. I was given a car proof report right away, then left alone to check the car inside out. I test-drove it, got all my questions answered, including a better price (BTW their price already includes emission and safety). I said the "car was good but I would like to shop around, thanks". I expected to see some disgruntled face, but nothing of that happened. I came back in two days to test-drive it again with my wife, since she will be driving that car. That time I left a deposit.
I would like to empathize couple things which I liked:
- the car was clean
- I got a car proof even before I asked about that
- nobody was pushing me to buy a car or an extended warranty for it
- price includes safety and emission
Will be glad to deal with them again

I would not recommend this company to anyone. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
Mike claims to be up front, but it is all a front. Told me that he can get me the car no problems, just have to get the person at the bank a "Blue Label" but that did not happen. All bullcrap.
HOW ARE YOU A DEALER BUT DO NOT KNOW WHICH BANK DEALS WITH EXOTIC CARS LOL! NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!
I had to call him everyday to get updates. I don't understand how this guy can be selling exotic cars but has no place to have the car financed. His excuse is "Scotia does not deal with Massaratis. Funny because I got myself approved by a financing company ON THE SAME CAR which this guy could not do and he runs a dealership, go figure!
Now he claims the car was sold cash, lol right! NEVER NEVER GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR TIME. HE WILL JUST HIT YOUR CREDIT FOR NO REASON.

I did not like them, although they tried to appear friendly. We all know the principle of running a business and it needs to earn more money but customer service is more important for a business future. They made mistakes of my name more than 3 times in a warranty file. And also, they gave me a rear right tire with a nail hole, you know, when I came back to ask them help in the 20 days after purchase day but they refuse to give me a response and I had to take a lot time to inspect and fix it by my own mechanic at last. If you wanna go to their store, please pay more attention and keep a skeptical attitude.

I had the pleasure of purchasing my ML320 CDI from Ali of Signature Motors. It doesn't happen often but I must say the experience was outstanding and here's why. Ali made every effort to ensure all of my questions and concerns were taken care of. After 28 days of purchasing my vehicle I noticed a power steering leak and called Ali. Expecting excuses and delays I was amazed Ali called me back immediately and looked after the problem the next day. The unexpected repair cost $2,000 to replace the rack and pinion which was covered 100% by Signature.
Best experience ever!!!!! Will recommend Signature to all my family and friends. Thank you Ali for your excellent service and support.

Run the other way! This place is a huge scam. I traded a brand new BMW for the dealerships Mercedes SUV, within the first 2 months I had to do a major repair of the rack and pinion which cost me over 1000. Mike R one of the salesmen offered me 2 years free maintenance on the Mercedes since my BMW still had 4 years of free maintenance left on my contract. He did not end up sticking to his word. My contract was also was falsified by Mike R stating there were way less KM on the vehicle then there actually was. Looking for a new luxury car stay clear of this place its cost me nothing but more money, problems and a huge headache. I wish I would have just kept my original car.
