This is the worst customer service and not caring about the customer. I waited for the attendent tonfishinsh cleaning the carwash so he can go home, for 45 min. I kept asking how much longer for the attendant to keep cleaning and was told 3 more min and 3 more min. After 45 min finally. I asked for a refund and told couldn't be done. Then the people at the counter left for the day. Service in Canada is incrementally worse and worse.

Car wash is worth every penny. Amazing touchless car wash experience, great customer experience from Harman as well. She gave me the best car wash deal available from shell and gave me a very fast and efficient customer experience in a very busy environment.

Bad customer service I went to put air on my tires the machine had a paper on where u pay with the card I thought oh only cash so I took $2 the whole machine is not working I went inside to speak to someone about it she told me call shell it’s not my problem it’s was around 10 pm I told her give me back the $2 so I can go somewhere else to get it done she said no u wish her name is harmendeep

Jass has no personality at all! Every time, there is rude and patronizing customer service. She clearly doesn't belong there, thus the business owner needs to take this seriously and look into it!

You need to fire Jass. Horrible employee. About a month ago I came to buy something and she said the machine was down only cash, so I left and came back about 30 mins later and with $100 dollars and said said she was going to accept a $100 dollar bill. So I was left without drinks. Today I tired to pump gas, was waiting for her to authorize it. She waiting a solid 10 mins before telling me it's prepay, even though it was not a prepay pump. And when I went inside to pay she was giving me attitude. Please get ride of her. Every single time I come to this gas station and she is there I have a bad experience.

Yesterday my card got stuck in one of those pumping machine and the guy that I spoke with says they’ll call a technician and will take care of it and once it’s removed they’ll CALL ME BACK. I waited for over 24 hr and I never got a call back from this shell. I had to call twice (Saturday & Sunday) just to follow-up but no update. The lady that I spoke with over the phone today (Sunday) wasn’t even aware about the situation and didn’t know what was going on. There was definitely miscommunication between this shell location. They wouldn’t do anything unless you follow up. I wasn’t sure if they just don’t want to do their job and just want to be lazy. Customer service is lacking and needs to be improved.

The car wash does not work. I have a 20-wash package with Shell and have always used this location. However, 2 weeks ago, when I came and use my app to wash the car like usual, the entrance did NOT open. I tried multiple times but had no luck. I had to buy a code from the gas station to be able to wash the car.Yesterday night, I decided to give it another try. Drove to the entrance, used the app and nothing happened. Even tried to delete the app, sign out and sign back in, even used another phone, but the door just wouldn’t open. I am very disappointed. Please fix that. Thanks.UPDATE: the newest update of the app fixed this. They also have an option to generate the code manually. Thanks for that!The car wash at this location is decent.
