This is a large station just off the 401 and at a busy intersection - Bayview and Sheppard. Yet it is always nearly empty of customers which reflects its high prices and abysmal customer service. You will not find a more unfriendly station. And the difference between their already high priced regular gas and Premium 91 can be as high as 39 cents a liter. What they lose in business by being so arrogant they try to make up by gouging the few customers that go there. Shell Canada should do something about the sad state of this station and give the people living nearby a decent, honest place to go or the few remaining customers will go to another brand.

Demand exceeds supply. If you don't like it, don't come here. I have been living in this area for 35 years and the late night staff are always sleeping or hiding in one of the back rooms.

I filled my car with gas and noticed that I had a flat tire. I parked my car out of the way and waited for CAA to arrive and change my tire. It took about two hours for them to arrive and change the tire. I did not block anyone or get in the way. After it was over, I walked into the store to purchase something and say thank you. The older female employee started yelling at me and said that next time it happens, I should get my car towed or they will tow it for me. I filled up at this station every week because it is close to my home. I will never attend this location as long as I live. They are so rude and disrespectful.

Car washes jammed and does not work properly. The soft touch that they claim scratches Your car, this place is not worth it for car wash.

The employee name Meet is really unprofessional and rude. I went to get the car wash and it wasn’t done properly and the back of my car was full of soap he just asked me to wipe it with cloth. mean why would I pay $16 dollar for car wash and then wipe it with cloth.

I will not be using this Shell gas station or car wash in future. I was told that my third of three car washes purchased in August had "expired". The money I paid them in August did not expire. Like gift cards where it is the law that funds paid can never expire, funds paid to Shell for a car wash should never expire. Shell's current practice amounts to robbery.

The car wash at this location has a serious issue. it does not rinse properly and the cloths are too contaminated with particles that scratche the paint. if you like your car please avoid this car wash at all costs.

Worst car wash….. even the soap was not cleaned…. I had purchased premium car wash and at this store they don’t have any premium car wash option… so when I drive out from wash it didn’t even cleaned soap and not dried at all.. waste of money … it is Better to find any other shell. I would never recommend this shell store for car wash.. I am seeing many negative reviews but I think they didn’t take any action and ignored all feed back… this is very negligent behaviour from shell
