I had a very bad experience and wanted to speak with the manager, but I wasn’t allowed to. Today, I went to this place to shop and get gas. Unfortunately, our English isn’t very good, and we didn’t understand something. Is that a crime? Ms. Gurleen was behind the counter and started speaking loudly and insultingly to my spouse. We were in shock, and it wasn’t just once; she continued speaking loudly and insultingly for several minutes. I asked her why she was speaking to us in such a loud voice, and she said it was because my husband didn’t understand. She continued to frown and treated us poorly while processing our payment. We decided not to get gas there and will never return to this place. Ms. Gurleen, you really made us feel bad, and I expect the manager to address this issue.

Avoid this location. They sneaked in additional charges "Reeses Pieces" on our receipt. But we only purchased gas and lotto. Still no resolution from Shell.

A Shell with eight pumps and a small convenience store. About four parking spots. Convenience store sells the usual snacks and drinks and has an ATM. Easiest to access going westbound on Sheppard.

I live in this quiet neighbourhood for more than 30 years and I like the gas station a lot. Reminds me of the old days when 2-3 gas pumps were the norm rather than the mega pumps + car wash of today.What I don’t enjoy lately is an impolite young lady who makes me feel unwanted and a distraction to her life.Hopefully the management reads my review and talk to her.
