Be careful! Parking lot full of screws the past few months. Reported to attendant and shell corporate. Still finding screws everywhere. They've been doing renovations since the summer, at the expense of our tires.

Just filled up at Shell, the Asian lady in the morning was very rude and had attitude. Not going to this Shell anymore where people have unprofessional customer service!

Just now at the Shell Gas station. Everything seems to be out of stock. Three coffee machines, all have no milk or cream, just black coffee.The lone unisex washroom for both men and women is closed for maintenance. The beer refrigerators are OUT OF STOCK!! EMPTY!!! Beware of this gas station.

4th April 2024 I purchased 60 CAD gas from this station. When I returned to my car, I realized the amount of gas is missing. So I checked the receipt and saw I was charged less than 60 CAD for the gas, but there was CLOTH BAS. Cost of 12.99 CAD. As I was in hurry I could not raise the issue with the staff. Today, on 13th April, again from the same station I purchased 50 CAD gas, and realized the same scenario on the receipt. This time I went into shop and asked. Staff told me you must select car wash, which I did not, so they refunded the amount. Now I am sitting with 14.68 CAD missing from my first interaction to be refunded. Guys, please be careful with the new fancy wide screens at the pumps, or alternatively go inside the shop and prepay your gas, as advised to me by the staff.

This gas bar has car wash and a full convenience store. Staff are friendly and washrooms were inside and clean. Some extra parking if you want to cross the street for the food court just north of the station.

Feb 27, 2023 refueling my car for the first time, price was 1.47/per liter on the board but charge me for 1.61/ per liter, when I ask the casher, they said that pump is for full service which there was no body and did the refueling by myself.When I return to my car the responsible person show up and said that you are in full service pump and this happened to two other person in the same time.When I asked, he said this full service and the sign was on the door which was invisible, this mean if someone is there or not you have to pay the high price, I have never seen in any gas station in Canada.A visible scam, you pay for service that you didn't received, what a stupidity service and employees are not really helpful for the client, very disappointing.This will be my last using shell SERVICE…what a shame to your people’s and your company VERY BAD services
