Don’t bother coming here you’re better off going to Canadian tire. Came here to get something and they were out of stock. Got to my car and got a ticket from this guy standing in the parking lot. We were literally in and out within a 10 mins span. Confronted him he said he didn’t see us come out from Rona. If this is how Rona does business then good luck to them. As we were leaving we saw the guy arguing with other customers too.

My experience with the paint department was terrible, I had to call on Oct 18 at 5:26pm because I am looking for an old color that I purchased at Rona in 2019. I was trying to check if they have the names available and if they can still mix it. The lady was very rude, she didn't even let me finish my sentences and was cutting me off, her only response was "come to the store", not even knowing what I was about to say because she didn't let me express my questions. If they are not going to answer any questions by phone, why do they bother to have a phone in that department. Matching paint color can be done in any store, so I will go back there. They really need to work in customer service skills, cutting off a customer thinking that they know what we are going to say or ask is a NO.

At the checkout at 10.43 am Saturday morning when it was not even busy. The lady at check out was joking around with her fellow colleagues. It appeared that we were invisible to them. The person who checked us out was Harpeet. We have been going to this location for over 20 years, we have never seen such poor service. These kids need to be trained. Absolutely no acknowledgement whatsoever.

Very unpleasant experience… website said there’s 4 in stock, showed up to store and the unfriendly old man and an Indian woman who both worked there didn’t even check on their catalogue before chasing us away saying they don’t have it…
The words competence and helpful do not resonate with this store. In fact I believe the employees strive to stay far from them.

the manager here is ?️ soon as it was 8:00 p.m. they were kicking people out that had items in their hand and said that the cash registers closed, but she lied because she was checking out two other customers in the store, PEOPLE HAVE EMERGENCIES WHY WOULD YOU KICK THEM OUT??? LET THEM BUY THE MATERIAL THAT THEY SPENT TIME LOOKING FOR AT LEAST, It was the old lady with big bags under her eyes wish I took a picture of her face

Don’t try to call them. I call paint department for check availability. After she respond “I have to check”, she immediately put me on hold for 10 mins without asking . Then someone hang up the call.

I came in to buy a toilet flapper, asked the guy working there, he responds where “they are all the same” without listening my question.
For flapper they do come in different size and brands, how can you help a customer without understanding what are they asking for and just be whatever? Respect your job with what you suppose to help the customer, very poor training! I’m hoping there will be a proper training to this specific Asian Male at this Rona location.

You can find almost anything there, but sometimes it can take hours to find the exact one.

I visited this store today, customer service is excellent, both at counter and on floor
Kourosh helped me for finding my items on floor and also carpentry floor Erfan helped me to cut piece of wood
I'll suggest this location for elevated shopping experience ??
