I activated my tablet plan at the end of 2023, and the representative, Austin, assured me that the $60 setup fee would be credited within a month. It has now been 10 months, and I have yet to receive this credit. When I contacted Rogers customer service at 611 . I was informed that I needed to return to the store because a note had not been added to my transaction in their system. Upon visiting the store, I learned that Austin no longer worked there and that they could not assist me, as they were only authorized dealers and Rogers ( what does it mean !!??? ). This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I am disappointed with the lack of resolution and support from this particular Rogers store

I placed an online order for pickup the same day and tried 5 times to connect with the store, but no one answered the call .I called Roger for help, and I am mostly an unprofessional helpline agent .They don't know how online orders works.

basically got hustled by a sales rep for an internet package and mobile phone package deal. first off the fiberoptic connection is actually not fiberoptics its cable internet, its also unreliable because I paid for 1 gig down, I get about 90-100 mb down on the terrible rogers modem/router they provide, I later disabled the wifi all together on thier hardware and managed to get 250mb down on my asus router, still 75% off from what they are selling me for one. Sales rep convinced me that my plan will be more data and cheaper if I take the rogers plan and get rid of my fido mobile plan but convieniently didnt disclose that its discounted only for taking the internet plan that I am going to cancel now. so that will now be worse than the promo plan I once had with fido. Out of spite Im getting internet from beanfield, and switching my mobile phone next out of thier ecosystem and never going back I hope the rest of the country does the same and this monopoly crumbles and dies a slow death

They don’t even open the doors for a long time. You have to stand outside and in most cases leave when they don’t open the gates.

I want to congratulate Rogers for having Sameer Ratra as part of the team. He is so professional, kind , and “giving the extra mile”. Sameer was helping me with a problem even the store was already closed, following up my case during more than an hour. This is the first time I have received this kind of attention !!
The customer service excellence is key in any company, with Sameer you have that part covered !!

Do not come to this location! They are not good at this. All they care to get the numbers set up with Rogers and they don’t care anything afterwards. We were told to have some freebies, but it turned out Sameer set up 7 phone numbers under one account! And we got a $600 bill! We went back to the store and they said they can’t do anything but made us call the call center.

I recently visited the Rogers store at 4980 Yonge St, North York, ON M2N 7H1, and had a great experience thanks to Sameer. He was very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and making sure I got exactly what I needed. I highly recommend asking for Sameer if you need any assistance. Great service!
