I have been going to this pharmacist Farzaneh at Rexall for more than 10 years even though she moved to new Rexall location I continue to follow her because she is the best pharmacist in Canada , her knowledge and pharmacy skills along with her service to clients is incredible . This pharmacist takes a professional personal interest in each and every customer. You are treated like royalty and leaving with the knowledge of how to further medicate and take care of yourself . The store is set up beautifully with clear marking on merchandise , the staff are very helpful and exceptionally friendly. I love shopping at this store . Pharmacy staff Susie pharmacist and lance are always available and professional . Store staff are efficient, friendly and welcoming .

Pathetic employee. I mean she was a doctor in a white coat and she denied giving a flu shot right away because she was busy with hundred things. And that’s what she said it out loud like seriously? A person not feeling well is asking for a shot just because it’s free u don’t have time for it. Disappointing.

I went into Rexall this evening to see if they had Halloween candy on sale. They had a few big signs which advertised sale, next to many boxes of candy. Upon closer examination, the sign said save: $0.00. There was no sale. I brought this to the attention of the clerk, and she said they made a mistake. A cashier beside her was going to take the false advertising signs down, and the clerk told her to keep them up. I approached the clerk and pointed out that you are aware that the signs are false and misleading, and she just didn't seem to care at all. Shameful behavior of Rexall.

I online booked an appointment for vaccine, 2 emails and 3 text messages for confirmation and reminders. But guess what?! I did not get my vaccine after I arrive at the store, because the pharmacist had no any clue for the appointment and the vaccine should be given. So I went to Shoppers, a few steps away, and I did it right away. Rexall, please conduct some internal training to your staffs!

I went to this location for my 2nd Phizer vaccine. The service was prompt and organized. All the staff we're helpful and friendly. I received my shot from Farzaneh, the pharmacy manager.
