I've been taking our cars to Rambo for almost 20 years since their original location at Yonge & York Mills. Mack (the owner) is fantastic! He and his team know every aspect of professional detailing. They've made our vehicles (BMW X1 and Toyota Tacoma) look like new to the extent we get compliments from strangers at the gas pump, etc. At least once a year, I highly recommend their exterior polishing. Small scratches in the paint are buffed out and the headlight lenses look like crystal. Not only are they phenomenal quality, I haven't found a better price quote anywhere.

I had trouble taking off my car license plate due to a really stuck screw. I tried to spray it with WD40 and it still didn't work. I reached out in a panic on Sunday, just before he closed and he graciously helped me out and got the rusted screw off easily. I offered to pay him for his help but he declined. Really really great service!

Not recommended!Went there by 8 am sharp as they open by 8 according to their timing on google, yet the guy was telling me we open at 8:30, I told him that’s not what you put on google, he answers” well, yeah google say all kind of stuff”!Then he was asking for $65 for a basic car wash for a Honda civic, not detailing, just a basic simple car wash!!!Their website list the basic washing price of $35, but I guess their website says all kind of stuff too!!I call that being dishonest and I call it a fraud!!

I just move sheppard and Yonge area, Saturday morning I was looking car wash I found out on google about this site, a little bit hard to found out, but it work it they do a good job on my car and customer service was the best.

So my wife and I tried this place for car detailing. We got there to find out they do not validate parking, which is fine. The employee told us it'll take 1.5 hours and Longo's validates free parking up to 2 hours with purchase of $20+. Cool, we needed to run errands and get some items, so that works out. The employee said he'll call us when it's done. 2 hours go by, no call. We go there, and the wash is done. My wife mentions to him that he didn't call, and he starts arguing with my wife, "Nope, I called you. Twice," he said. He barely even looked at us, was doing something, and didn't even bother to confirm if he called the right number. Checked wife's call history - no calls from Rambo. Employee argues with my wife, yells, doesn't even bother to come over to sort things out. He sends us to another employee to pay. We wanted to pay cash. They had no change. We had to pay extra. On top of that, we had to pay extra for parking because they never reached us. They didn’t reach us. They argued with us. They didn't give us change. It didn't cost us that much extra money, but it's the principle. Service overall was terrible. I will not be coming back here.

My experience was terrible last month. I have been going to Rambo’s for 4 months but this new guy who Patrick hired instead of Kyle was extremely rude with a ‘don’t care’ attitude. They charged me $40 over and above the normal charges I’ve been paying every month. The new guy never let me spoke to Patrick and left so many dirty marks inside. I’m never going there again. Worst service ever and especially the arrogance of the guy who was servicing was intolerable

I've been going here for years even if I live on the east end. Reasonable prices with the quality you get. I recently went there with tree sap on the windshield. They mentioned they usually charge extra for it but they got it off with no extra charge. Only downside here is the extra paid parking so make sure to account for it when getting it cleaned, but there are a few stores in the mall that validates. I also wish that there were more signs to navigate the location as it can get tricky to find underground. Even with that, happy to recommend them to anyone and will keep coming back.
