If I can give negative stars, I would!!! I just wanted to replace my dashboard and now my car is a complete mess. My windshield is all scratched, the buttons don't work well anymore. The vents don't work!!! Before everything worked perfectly. I don't recommend this place!My car was driven to this place by a third party.. I came to pick up my car from here, I am not mistaken.

Bought a 2006 Toyota Highlander and Allen went out his way to make sure the transaction ran smoothly and that any concerns I had, was dealt with in a prompt and courteous manner. I waited a month before leaving this review as I wanted to see what after sales customer-care is like, conclusion: outstanding. It's a small dealership, with A+ service. Every time I called with a question or concern, Allen treated it with priority and had it sorted quickly. It is an older car and some things I should have looked at myself, but that comes with the territory of buying any second-hand vehicle. I am very happy with my purchase, already did a few road trips and will gladly recommend Allen from Rama Auto Inc. to any future buyers.

The owner will be reported for fraud and also for selling vehicles that are not road worthy and getting fraudulent safety certificate. He gets his used cars repaired at Happy Car care who also write safety certificates without checking vehicles. He will also be reported to the Mto. They took advantage of a young lady who wanted to buy her first car and she paid cash. The car has a lot of issues and after taking it to another mechanic he said how can this even pass safety!!! Avoid at all cost and go to a dealership where you will get better reassurance.

Buying a car for the first time in Canada, I had my fears. But the 1hour drive to North York to meet Allan allayed all my fears. He was completely honest and helped me through the whole process. Got a good deal on the car, he did the papers for me and got winter tyres. All I had to do was pick the car! I would highly recommend Rama Autos

OMVIC should revoke those guy’s license. Honestly a scam artist. Avoid at all costs. He might have a car that makes you want to go there but I promise you when you get there it won’t be worth it.
