I feel bad for the bad reviews! They are high-quality, fair priced, and reliable. I recently moved to the Toronto area and was looking for repairs to be done on my car. Quick Muffler was able to book my appointment very quickly for service. They call you after diagnosing the problem and explain to you how it can be fixed, pricing, and timeline. Great service overall.

Untrustworthy, Unprofessional, and Rude – But One Helpful Employee
I had a very frustrating experience at this muffler shop. I came in with a small section of my muffler damaged, but they insisted on replacing the entire muffler, which felt unnecessary and expensive. The next day, I noticed a leak and returned. Instead of taking responsibility, they charged me again to fix it, claiming they couldn’t detect the issue initially.
The front desk representative was incredibly rude. When I questioned the second charge, he started yelling at me, walked away from the desk, and left me standing there mid-conversation. I asked to speak with the manager, but was told she wasn’t available and no one else could help me. He even said that if I wanted to speak to someone, I’d have to come back tomorrow.
Thankfully, George—someone who seemed to be more senior at the shop—stepped in and helped me find a middle ground. He was professional, respectful, and made an effort to address my concerns. It was a relief to finally deal with someone reasonable.
While George helped salvage the situation, the overall experience left me feeling overcharged and disrespected. I wouldn’t recommend this shop unless you deal directly with someone like George.
Otherwise, expect poor service.

Overpriced. They will speak to each other in different languages so you don’t understand then give you a quote that make no sense. Shame

Maria and her team were easy to talk to about my exhaust repairs. I appreciated being able get my car serviced without booking an appointment.
They showed me the repairs needed (pipe fitting + weld and header/down-pipe gasket replacement).
I opted for just the pipe and weld for $190 because my car is old.

Miserable woman running the shop. These are the types of places & people I’ve learned to avoid. Took my father here because he “trusts” these people. Avoid.

The woman answering the phone at the front desk is one of the most miserable, unapologetically rude people I've ever had to interact with. She gave me the feeling that she couldn't care less if I gave them my business or not. For this reason alone I would not recommend taking your car here. Customers, especially those who are polite and respectful, should never feel like they are not valued. VERY unprofessional. Based on other reviews her behaviour isn't new either. After my experience, I wouldn't be surprised if this is how she treats customers on a daily basis.
The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because thankfully the issue I was having with my car was fixed. Otherwise going here would have been a complete and utter waste of time.

Came in because I thought I had an exhaust leak because lack of pick up on highway and loud engine noise. The guy in the garage took it for a quick spin and told me it's probably a blocked cat. They cut it open called me over and showed me the blockage. He also told me about a suspension issue which I was already aware of but glad for the 2nd opinion. I was able to see them working on the car through the office window. I appreciate the transparency of this place. Usually i'd shop around before commiting but seeing how this place operates and the great technician I felt good about them doing the work. It's like a new car with the cat replacement let me tell you

I needed a quick alignment and to be honest the service and kindness was very refreshing for a change.

Can’t say enough about Abe&Maria, been a customer since the mid 90’’s. This is the only place I trust for work done to my car’s, they both always make me feel like family. Honest people, what can I say. I drive an 1.5 to get here and don’t mind the commute because I know I will be taken care of. Go here once and you won’t regret it, keep smiling guys because it goes along way.. God bless you both always.

the service is amazing i could not afford to buy a new muffler and my dad was able to get me used and they do not do this kind of service as there are risk but the owner helped me and so i was able to save alot of money customer service unmatched i really love how quick and efficient they are will always be going back

Service has gone downhill, owner is just money hungry now. They never return my calls when I need a service quote. Paid to have a bushing kit replaced on my rear strut, two months later the same rubber bushing broke again. I replaced the new bushing myself and upon taking the strut apart I find out they jerry rigged a metal cap in place where the bump stop plate was supposed to be located. No issues since I did the work myself. It's a shame because some of their exhaust technicians are quite good, but management needs some serious improvement. If you must get service done here, always double check their work before you pay and leave. Otherwise, Felix Muffler in Scarborough does quality work at a reasonable price.
