I ordered advent calenders and received them too late to use.The time limit was over what this company told me it would take to recieve my package.So I asked to ship them back and at first they said no.Then I said I was going to my social media to complain and I was offered to return it at a 30 % loss for restocking fees.Not my fault and I shouldn't be penalized.I am now requesting at least 20 % refund to compensate me for your error.

Ive ordered from this company and their product is great thus far.I recently placed an order and an anxious to see how long it takes to get an order packed and put out around the holidays. I will report back with how long the process/shipping time is.

They have good stuff but I'm not sure if it's because of the pandemic or not but they don't respond well to new customers. Didn't get anywhere when I called them on 3 different occasions. Had to get someone who knows the company, to help out

Product are good .. but if you want to return something they take back 20% of your return and even if you buy more products you still lose your 20% off your original purchase.. makes no sense at all. I'm very confused customer.
