It’s only good if you wait there & push them to give your medicine. I had good experience with Mike so I changed my pharmacy. But now I regret doing that. They have communication issues & will talk very rudely. I am never going there again. To the staffs who are working there, plz understand you are dealing with someone who is already in distress so don’t yell at them for ur or one of ur teammates miscommunication. It doesn’t cost anything to be emphatic or kind! I feel bad for the owner but leaving was the only option as I am constantly having the same issue with them.

I moved back to Toronto a few years ago and was fortunate to connect with Procare IDA Pharmacy on Don Mills. Yesterday, Pharmacy Assistant Gurpreet helped me extensively to complete a 'compounded' prescription, and I was thankful for her advice and professionalism. I thoroughly recommend Procare Pharmacy and their fantastic staff!

The service and information quality offered by Mohammed Beyle has been exceptional to date. He is patient, friendly and his calm demeanor is a great asset to the pharmacy for troubleshooting problems with the many stakeholders like insurers. He is a one stop shop point of a terminal to alleviate the stress of oftentimes already stressed out patients. ProCare is the better for having him in his current role.

I've been going to ProCare on Don Mills Rd for several years. In spite of moving over 70km away from TO, I've continued using their excellent customer service. I highly appreciate their proactive reminders to refill my prescriptions and keeping my next order ready.

I would like to thank Mo there are not enough stars to say how wonderful he is. I moved my mom to a retirement home and he has helped with all the medication transfer very knowledgeable also makes sure her meds are delivered in time. I absolutely adore this pharmacy. I transferred from the nightmare that was Shoppers Drug Mart a few months ago and I wish I made the decision sooner. The team here goes above and beyond. They are always quick to process medications, they remind me about my refills, ask if my other medications are running out, the phones are consistently answered, and its super convenient that they deliver! Wether on the phone or in person, they are always caring, helpful and friendly. This pharmacy is exceptional. I highly recommend this place!

I was recently prescribed a medication that has been difficult to acquire due to production issues. I called 3 different Shoppers Drug Marts in the area including one that I have used for years. Only one could be bothered to even answer the phone. I asked if they had the medication in stock and they said they did. I headed there first thing the next morning only to be told that the had none. I explained that I had called the previous day and was assured that they did. The pharmacy assistant rolled her eyes and said, “Well we don’t”. Later that morning after visiting Alpha laboratory I noticed on my way out that there was a Procare IDA pharmacy in the building and thought I would ask there. Well Mohamed was AMAZING! He explained that they did not have any in stock but would try to source some for me. Two days later I have the medication I need. This is a small, friendly and efficiently run pharmacy. I have transferred all of my prescription medication needs to them. If you are looking for top notch service, this pharmacy is for you! Thank you Mohamed for being so helpful!

They’re absolutely wonderfulWe were originally using a different ida and it was awful. Turing to everyone here was honestly a reassuring and healing experience. We had been put through a lot even before the other pharmacy I mentioned and I was pleasantly surprised.Michael has been taking care of us in a very personal and professional way. I had felt hopeless, I had been yelled at, called in the middle of the night over other reviews given the run around and made to wait days extra for vital medication for my young baby before finally finding these guys. I want to say a big thank you. They’ve remained kind and compassionate when we had our frustrations and found ways to correct every single concern. Everyone is always so pleasant to talk to and I never feel like I’m just wasting their time. We were having a really hard time getting the right medication for my daughter and Michael did some tedious work to take care of us and went through plenty trial and error the get the best formula for her, a lot of patience while we figured out what was best. It’s been nice to feel like our needs are actually cared about.I wanted to say that you guys have saved us. They’ve worked hard to help my little girl and she’s as happy as can be now. It’s never been easier to give her the medication she needs.Thank you, everyone. Aside from working with you, it’s nice to find the kindness so rare in this world now a days
