Whatever you do, do not take your vehicle to this place (they are scammers and they will be caught by insurance companies and police). A repair on my car that should take one week, took several months. When I got it back, the car end up being worse than before. The incompetence and arrogance of these people knows no limit

Do Not bring your car here!!!I would give them zero stars if I could. Get some front end work on my SUV over $2000. They did not do a front end alignment, which ruined my 2 new front snow tires within 1 month. Ray the owner would do nothing about it but say, "you should have known you needed a front-end alignment". The next day when I took it to get the front end alignment at Trans Fix close by, they found loose bolts and even showed me a video of the loose bolts. Could have been a big disaster. Call Trans Fix instead on Finch one block west of Dufferin and ask for James. Much cleaner and fair shop with high-quality work.

This guy is incompetent. I lost parts of my car. I left my car for him to fix it but I got it in a worse condition. He lost the plastic protector that protects the engine and is under the engine. He shamelessly says it was already like this. Both of my fog lights are broken. My left fog light is broken. My headlight plastics are missing. There were coffee cups in the car. Only in the last 24 hours, 6 hours and 38 minutes of driving. In total, more than 400 kilometers were driven. My in-car camera installation was shattered. Extremely rude and untrained. He said he would adjust the front tires, but he didn't even do that. Never give this man a car. He couldn't finish a week's work in 17 days. He asked me to wait 10 more days.Services: Auto body & trim repair

Do not deal with this shop Ray the owner Enrique and Alex they left scratches on my front bumper put my keys in the tailpipe and put my car up on a hill when I got there all 3 refused to help me get my car down the shop across from the named super b auto was watching and helped me get my car off of the hill take your business to superb auto do not deal with ray or this business

Had the pleasure to meet Ray. Who is one of the most kind, patient and most understanding human beings I know of. Everyone in his shop is licensed and is WSIB insured. every time I go there, he goes the extra mile to make sure im treated first class. You will always see Ray on the phone laughing, hugging his customers or buying his workers food. In fact, I had a very nice conversation with someone renting out the upstairs apartment, and he also had only good things to say about pro-touch. I was helped by a gentleman name Scott, and he told me how everybody here is one big family. Make sure you please book a appointment because everyone is on a sharp schedule. This shop have great customer service you will always get someone when you call. I had a new engine done by pro touch Ray and his team are awesome they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. They’re really great whether it’s German or local cars he will find the problem and solve my family and I only trust this shop with our cars.
