Not a bad price but the people are terrible. They made a mistake on my t-shirts then printed them worse and got pen all over the next batch and said “it will wash off”. Go elsewhere if you want any decent customer service.

From my experience, the service is very slow and I have no idea why. It's not difficult at all to photocopy a few pages, but it took them 15 minutes. They calculate what they charge you using a cute physical pocket calculator, which is so absurd it merits some degree of star.

Karen one of the customer service representatives that works at Print Three Xerox Tower has been excellent to work with. She is responsive and quick to take ideas and put them into printed products. She is very knowledgeable and has good customer service skills that has led to repeated business for me here.

I just needed the pages of my passport with stamps to be scanned, but they scanned the cover page and non stamped pages and charged me for it. Why should anyone scan the cover page of a passport? it's in the internet. I had to pay an extra $4 and use Pro Adobe Acrobat to remove the extra pages from the pdf they'd shared with me.

I have been using the printing services of this location for few years now; they are quick with excellent customer service. Despite the fact cost of living in Toronto their prices are still lower than most print houses.
