Dealing with Precision Rim was a complete joke. Owner was friendly till he got my business, then stopped responding once he had my wheels. For 2.5 months I got the run around, and then finally when I had a friend reach out to him I got a message back saying they'd be done. The refinish was abysmal, there was overspray everywhere, surface wasn't cleaned prior to refinish so dust was trapped below the powdercoating and created bubbles. Oh, and the owner decided that he would only powdercoat the spokes in the requested Silver colour, the barrels he sprayed some cheap black liner on without my consent. I only paid to get my wheels back and get out of there, I've voiced my experience to everyone I know in hopes this shop won't get any business or starts to improve. I paid $600, which at the time was premium pricing - honestly wasn't worth $300. I could've paid a mobile guy $400 and he would've done better.

Great shop. Got rims, tires, TPMS and lugs. Owner is great and I highly recommend this business if you are looking for tires and rims at competitive prices. Precision Rim was cheaper by 200.00 on the rubber that were hard to find in the first place. And had the best price on the rims.

He called me to pick up the rims - I drove an hour there and an hour home. HE HAD NOT DONE THE WORK so I drove an hour back and he said he would deliver them because his mix up caused me two hours driving through rush hour. Five months later he had not delivered them after several promises he would. He didn't. Ric is a nice guy but scattered and confused.

Rims were left for months, with no response from telephone or email or Facebook, again for months when calling repeatedly but respectfully and then once I finally got in contact and picked them up they said lost my centre caps and valve stems and was told they would be shipped to me but here we are months later after trying to get in contact and still nothing. Was referred by a popular Facebook page but aside from decent work it was a terrible experience and lost part of my wheels with no compensation would not recommend at all. Basically doged my calls until I got in contact with the page they sponsor then all of a sudden it was all a misunderstanding.

Brought my HRE FF01's for curb rash repair to Pricision Rim Repair. Initialy i had only 2 to repair since the other 2 where in mint condition. Once I saw the quality of repair and satin finish application , I went ahead and asked Rick to give the other 2 a fresh coat. The end result surpassed my expectations and my complete satisfaction from Precision Rim Repair.
