Would give a 0 if I could truly shady and predatorial dealings, the owner is also very rude and so is the staff after the sales. Don’t go here if you want to get good AFTER SALES service. Sold me a car with an oil leak and it was pretty much a whole headache after spending nearly 6 figures you’d think they’d disclose that, went after a few days to them and they were extremely rude

I recently bought a vehicle from here. A very bad experience overall. It seems like they will say anything to make the sale and then it’s as if they don’t know you. I was lied to and I was misled in the process. I love my car but the buying experience in one I can’t forget soon enough.

Naturally so, as there are some luxury vehicles in there that some can only dream of owning. With that said, on the first day we were greeted by a gentleman by the name of Bryan. That was our first encounter just to look at the vehicle (BMW 328i) without a test drive at this point. Phillip is the guy to go to in there. He is very open, open to suggestions, open to any question thrown at him. I have the tendency to ask a million questions and to some, they may not particularly like that or want to continue the sale. But Phillip made me feel confident with my questions and his open answers made me feel like we truly were getting the best of deals. If you have any questions or concerns even after the fact, Phillip is very prompt in responding even after hours. ****THIS POST WAS FORCED ON ME IN ORDER TO GET MY DEPOSIT BACK*** I deleted half the response because it’s a load of nonsense I was forced to write in order to get my deposit back. A bunch of crooks.

I bought a Range Rover from them that had some issues so they asked me to bring it back and they gave me a car rental from Enterprise while doing the repairs (i have confirmation texts from their sales rep Eric). 9 months later i got a call from Enterprise that Platinum never paid for the rental and i was told that actually there are many rentals they never paid for.......so now Enterprise is coming after me. Told Platinum about the issue, they told me they will take care of it but they didn't.
What kind of luxury cars dealer don't pay their bills and make their customers suffer!!!!!!

Avoid this dealership, Alot of fraud and hidden things such as milage turned back, hidden accident, they lost there omivc license. Just to much bad and sketchy things going on here. Do yourself a favor and shop else where

I had to say yesterday I walked in with my wife and the reception was so welcoming and so kind. She offered me water especially on a very hot day and then passed me to a sale associate Thank you Kiana. Mike was so knowledgeable and helpful and very patient with us. Definitely will be telling my family and friends and will be coming back soon to purchase the Audi I was looking at. Thank you platinum.
