Very bad and unprofessional customer service from the store manager . He don’t know how to deal with customer . I don’t recommend anyone to this store

Very bad customer service. Due to Some faulty system, i got no gas but the according to the cashier the system charged me . And when I complain about it. He says , he can't do nothing other than failed attempts of calling the manager. So I suggest avoid the pump at all cost if you don't wanna waste your money.

Disappointed.. came here to fill up and put air in my tires.. due to the fluctuations in temperature.. all my tires were low.The air machine has a short hard coiled cord. I had to turn my car around to get to all tires.. but of course I ran out of time. The employees were of no assistance.. in a blizzard, we’re not willing to add time to the air machine.. and we’re not helpful at all. So unless you want to pay $4-$6 to fill your tires.. avoid this place. They could have at the very least given me a heads up or offered a toonie.. just a knowing shake of the head and nothing they could do. Such terrible customer service! Will never come back here.. happily take my business elsewhere..

This North York Petro-Canada station is located at the corner of Lawrence Ave E and Railside Rd (that is across from Curlew Dr.)An Avis vehicle rental dealer is here plus signage for Railside Auto Centre listed as a car repairs & sales shop.Four grades of fuel are available including diesel and there are 6 fueling stations. Stop at fuel pumps on either ends (i.e. not the middle pumps) if your choice is diesel fuel.If you pay inside rather than at the pump, customer service was excellent. The attendant was prompting if I wanted to purchase additional items inside the very small shop but all I need was fuel and a lotto ticket.Don't forget to swipe/scan your Petro-Canada rewards card for any purchases.
