Thanks so much for all your help, you gave us great advice on sticking with fixed rate versus variable. This was our first time doing this and you and your team made it a great experience for us. Shout out to Cassandra who was amazing going back and forth with MCAN and helping us through getting all the documents.
Whenever we had questions Cassandra was right on it or Paul called the same day, we were never left without answers or a reassurance that it was getting taken care of which made us feel calm throughout the process.

Very happy with Paul and his teams services. In particular Daniel and Luisa, who were very easy to interact with and quick with their responses. I was satisfied I got the best rate possible for my situation and even had my rate dropped after I signed all the documents with the lender.
