The worst experience I’ve had buying furniture. Delivery was extremely late. They sent me a display model despite me paying for a brand new sofa. The legs and assembly pieces were scratched, broken and not even the same colour. When I called back, they didn’t even pick up the phone. Do not recommend.

Please avoid buying furniture from here.
Service is terrible.
Delivery is terrible.
When we asked for a duplicate receipt did not get them, thankfully I found original receipt.
The quality of furniture is not good, upon asking for a repair was straigh away told no.
Do pay amount in full unless verified after the delivery.

I wish i was reading some of this review before i step in to this shop, i walked in with explanation that i have lower back situation and ask for help since they call themself as a specialist , i got the worst bed mattress in the planet ( 100% opposite than what i needed ) i start to call them right a way for solution and after few weeks they came and change it with some extra cash to another mattress which supposed to be hybrid and much better quality, it wasn't good enough even close, lack of quality made a awful experience i have every single night since, now for sometimes i am calling them ask for exchange, now i am happy to pay few hundred to get out of their garbage mattress from my house, the manager is Godless and he's only care for money, he doesn't do anything and even its only few weeks and i compromise to lose some money, the y don't want to pick up their worst mattress, no wonder ppl buy things from the Brick, Ikea, i cant believe of this kinda service in Canada, unbelievable!! truly recommend you rethink of buying anything from this shop, wish i could give 0 star! they all know about my situation with my lower back for last ten weeks and still no help, what's wrong with you all ?!!! how the owner and management sleep at night ?

I needed bedsets for my kids and couch. Went to big brands stores before stopping by paramount furniture. I got same items but saved around 35% compared to brick. Delivery got some delayed. But it didn't bother me. Because i have had Delivery problems with brik too. Highly recommend paramount furniture

Worst experience ever. Don’t ever buy from Paramount Furniture located at Keele and Finch area. If you happen to buy, don’t pay up front. They usually tell you they will assemble, but their assemblers don’t know the job. They’re unprofessional and usually break stuff. If any part is missing on the assembly day, don’t pay them. Tell them they have to bring the missing parts, fix broken parts before you pay them a penny. If you pay them, they’re not going to fix it or replace the broken pieces. My experience with them: They did not bring the missing piece. If zero star was an option, I would have given it to them.

Came in yesterday to check in for a nice bed and got my bed delivered next day! Turned out so nice and I’m super happy with my purchase.

I purchase 1 bedsets and one sectional from these guys, their service is really poor specially the delivery department and the people at Brampton Location specially they're behaving care free Their manager not even call me once to communicate the issue or anything and delivery department delayed my delivery for 3 hours without any proper communication from the delivery guys and they came to place around 11.40 PM in the night and queen bed was in a bad shape( head side was un even) and for the sectional there are few parts are missing and nobody is taking responsibility from there store as we're getting it for free. Very poor service just used paid marketing in Instagram to get the customers but will never go back here again and not gonna suggest anyone to visit their stores. As its their fault and I had called them 10-12 times from the morning and they're doing mis commitments on call that initially they said they'll give the remaining parts today around 8 and then I called them again to confirm the pickup time. They said we cannot make it today will do it tomorrow. Such a unprofessional behaviour. PLEASE DON'T VISIT THESE PEOPLE, they're just making people fool with their marketing gimmick.

Purchased a custom made sectional from paramount with Ricky. We got it before scheduled date and no issues whatsoever, exactly how we wanted it. Delivery was also great, they delivered and built it on the spot. ??

Absolutely awful place and people. If I could give lower than one star I would. I was looking for a couch so I decided to go on Facebook market place until I found one I liked. After finding an add posted by this company i decided to message and ask about a specific couch in the picture posted; the person I spoke with did not have any REAL pictures of the couch until i demanded that they go into the warehouse of their company to see it (i live in Ottawa, I want to be sure of what I’m buying) and then they tell me that they don’t have the couch colour I wanted after speaking about it with me for days. After I said I did not want it I was bombarded with picture after picture with them asking me if I would change my mind for another couch. I gave in and agreed on the one I liked and I placed a date to order the couch for today. They didn’t ask for any deposit and they’re coming from Toronto to Ottawa?? I thought that was a little weird. After reading the last review I see why now… my couch was supposed to be delivered TODAY Sunday June 9th sometime in the morning as I have been told many many times by this person on market place and on the phone when I called the store that they can only do deliveries on a Sunday and I had confirmed with this individual on market place three times that Sunday it will be delivered. I then get a phone call on Friday telling me that the couch will not be delivered until MONDAY morning; I told them that I am not home Monday due to work and they hung up on me. I called back to tell them again and was told I would get a phone call back telling me what time for SUNDAY. I never got a call back. The person on messenger then sends me a message and tells me that it won’t be delivered until 9-10PM on Sunday. I did enough arguing so I just let it go and have been home all day waiting for this couch to arrive. I now just got a phone call stating that my couch will not be delivered until MONDAY MORNING when I strictly said that I will not be home, so I cancelled it after they got many warning from me. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. AWFUL PLACE, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
