“Had great experience with dealing with Amir. Called him for a product and he gave me the best price over the phone. I had called other stores for prices, and this was by far the best price. Very friendly, explained me things in detail and took his time with us. I already went back a couple times for smaller orders and surprisingly got the same service even for much smaller orders. Great store for all flooring needs and great prices. Highly recommend.”

“I met Fern today and she was extremely helpful finding me the perfect Gray I have been searching for (CSP-5 Perspective customized). From the moment I walked in, Fern was very attentive and personable. In addition to the exceptional level of service, what stood out for me the most was their team interaction. Everyone was very hands on, knowledgeable and helpful towards each other while meeting customers' needs. “Highly recommended, especially if you live in the city! And great prices. I needed to paint my place and biked over, Gary was able to provide a paint match (based on the chip of paint I took) and set me up with paint, primer, trays and walked me through everything I needed.
He mentioned it takes about 20 minutes for the paint to be ready, I had to leave earlier than that but I ordered an Uber package express so I could have it sent over after the paint was ready, and Gary offered to help load the car without me being there. You don't get this service at a big chain store.

“As a contractor in the GTA this is my favourite store to visit. With staff that is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient you won’t be there long. They serve you almost instantly, I would recommend them to the pro’s or the diy-ers. Whether it’s paint or tools they have all your needs covered. I always look forward to my trips to Steeles Paint.”

“So happy we found this store. They sell variety of decorative lime plaster and Limewash paints that are so hard to find in Toronto! The staff is also very nice and genuinely willing to help. Highly recommend!
I have to say that was absolutely the best customer service i had ever gotten at any paint store, or in any store AT ALL. Marina was beyond amazing. We were so picky with our limewash colour and ended up trying multiple shades, she was very knowledgeable and patient. Even adjusted the colour of our sample so we didn’t have to buy another one.

“Just want to say a big thank-you to Rafael and team - I came to the store with a scratched and faded-coloured piece of an old door that I needed to find a matching paint for, and Rafael worked so hard until the replacement colour came out perfectly matched. “Bought stain, waiting for good weather to stain. Stains are pricey, oil base $150 plus. Hopefully it comes out nice @ will last few years, if not will not step inside again”

“Well,after have very disappointing experiences from using paint swatch forselecting paint colour,I decided to go into the paint store and select the colours myself,I walked into Sherwin Williams store at Major Mackenzie and Weston Rd,I started telling the gentleman behind the counter what I was hoping to achieve.He politely explained and walked over to the Sample strips.He pointed to three shades of grey it took me less than 3 minutes to decide on the colour which should work for me.Made my order a second person workedon my paint.At the end I also received 25% off!I was very anxious to see the colour on the wall after 30 minutes it was a very pleasing sight!A gallon of their paint covers a large area,They made my trip very satisfying andPleasant,They earned that 10 /10 .Order”
