the new location is not as bright more earthy toned which is enjoyable staff are actually personable last time I went and the selection has gotten more unique with colors and fabrics so major upgrade for sure prices the same but it's Drake what to expect?

the kids that work here don’t want your money!! They throw that leave me alone kinda vibe and don’t want to be bothered at all. When we entered the store a guy looked at us and then walked away - I didn’t know he’s the SA until he walked behind the cash. Then when we were checking out, there was no one at the counter. The girl SA was taking selfies with her girlies for a good two minutes and we felt like we’d be rude to interrupt?? Ended up walking straight out of the store. Clothes are mediocre and basic anyways.

Never ever buy any item on that store.they are not helpful. They don’t exchange any item that you buy. Even the item has tag and never been use. Hope drake will see this comment. Supervisor also not helpful.??

Customer Service is horrible. They will ignore your emails and calls for as long as possible.

I went there a couple days before Christmas and I was greeted and helped by one of the customer service representative (Sarah). Even though the place was extremely busy she took her time and provided excellent customer service. I appreciated her efforts in helping me (even though they were out of stock in lot of their items). She was patient, kind and went out of her way to help me.I did ask to speak to Drake in order to discuss this matter but everyone just laughed at me. Oh well, keep up the great work and let me know when you move in the future.

Received a sweater as gift. After three wears the seams are starting to pull apart. Was told they won’t do anything about wear and tear. Which seems like the bad stitching is not covered.

The store looks amazing with the new location inside Yorkdale mall. Went into the store to get a couple hoodies and the staff there were super helpful in helping me with the purchase. Look forward to visiting the store again.

Great location! The staff are super friendly, the store front is easily recognizable and the layout is very easy to find what you're looking for. The racks are simple and the staff are ready to see if they have your size. They can even recommend sizes for pieces you're not 100% sure on. I also appreciate the quality of the clothes, not to mention the fact they are all made here in Canada.

We bought a shirt for 17th birthday of my son.The shirt was not fit so after 4 days we went there again to exchange the shirt and they found a hardly visible stain on it that I am sure we didn’t make it. They refused to exchange it.We don’t trust them.

Staff manners depends on the day you go. If new items are dropping and big management is in, customer service improves because bosses are around. Otherwise terrible service.

Visited this store today. Didn't buy anything, but staff are really friendly. First time seeing the new layout! nice, but didn't expect to see folded clothes on the floor at a brand new store, way to cheapen a nice aesthetic.
