From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive. They explained the necessary repairs and provided a detailed estimate before starting any work. I appreciated their transparency and the fact that they kept me updated throughout the process.

Went here last week and they fixed the wrong thing and made me pay for something that's not suppose to be fixed. I went to another mechanic and they were able to find solutions for my car. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS MECHANIC THEY ARE NOT TRUTHFUL AND DISHONEST. they do not care about people and their living situations. it's recession, I know but don't scam people. Sorry, I don't usually write BAD reviews but, I'm just informing people that are planning to go here. Think twice before they take your money.

Cecil and Tony are top notch. They will always give you honest advice. I've serviced my Subaru, Toyota and Mercedes here and have been more than happy every time. My family has also had their cars serviced here too. Can't say enough about this place. 5 stars.

Breeze of fresh air. They are not trying to sell you the hype. We started by getting one car serviced, and now we go there with all of our vehicles. If we have a question, they are always ready to spend some time and explain what really works and what is more blink and possibly a waste of money.Keep up the good work, and thank you for helping us out on several occasions.

Brought my vehicle in to this shop because my car kept stalling. The Mechanic stated that it was the alternator that was faulty and it would cost $500.00 to fix. I trusted this mechanic and said ok to the repair. That evening the mechanic called me and told me my vehicle was fixed and ready to pick up. I arrived at the shop and asked if everything was running properly, he stated it was and gave me the invoice to pay which I did. When I went outside to start my car the same issue was happening. I couldn't even drive it off the lot of the mechanic shop without it stalling and shutting off completely. I went back to speak to the mechanic and they kept saying it was the alternator that was the issue. I told them it obviously wasn't as the same issue was occurring. The shop was closing for the day and they refused to admit that they fixed the wrong thing on my vehicle. They claimed to test drive it to make sure it was working but clearly did not because as soon as I turned it on it was having the same issues. I had to leave my vehicle over weekend there as they said they would try to see what else it could be. On the Monday they gave me a list of all the things it could possibly be but were not sure. Frustrated I decided to bring the vehicle to a different shop near by this one as it couldn't drive very far because it still kept stalling, the new mechanic found the problem right away by running a diagnostic on my vehicle and fixed it with no hassleNorth York Motors either do not know what they are doing or they are a bunch of Con artists. Either way I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here as you'll just end up spending a Chunk of money unnecessarily. We will be taking legal action as this mechanic has gone against the Consumer Protection Act. Know your rights.Services: Transmission
