I really like this store especially for thrifting because of their low prices. I try to go there often because they always have deals plus there are some really nice pieces of clothes that you can find there.

I've been shopping at this store for 10 ys. Most of the customer service and cashier's are very nice. Even when there's a problem regarding the price or events or exchange, most of the time they resolve it amicably. However there's one member of the store management who is shockingly very rude and manipulative. I had 2similar pants in my purchase that were identical color and everything only different size. The yellow tag was on 50% While the orange one wasnt. I tried to ask for a price match she refused and I was fine since I had a full 50%coupon. So I made the purchase without being told that it was a final sale specialy that nothing said that it was a final sale on the coupon so after I paid I came to realise that. Since I didn't know pripor, I asked kindly if she can remove the one pair of pants that already on a regular 50% off and put it in a different purchase so I can make an exchange since ( the manager / a philipino lady with glasses) didn't mention it was a final sale. The manager lady started to get agitated and flipped claiming that Iam being manipulative and I waist the store time only because I questioned the policy and asked for the possibily of putting exchangeable pants to another purchase to be exchanged if size doen't fit and I honestly was very hurt and insulted cause of the odd behavior of the manger who is a short philipino lady with glasses. I then asked for a higher authority phone number to call and understand what to do in such situations where there's a problem that need to be resolved by the general management like any other decent store. Here the manager went angry and started to accuse me with manipulation, emotional harrassment, and urged me to leave and was also asking me for my personal infos to ban me from entering the store! She even threatened to call the police Infact she picked up the phone talking to somebody exposing my background, looks, weight, what I'm wearing etc. I was so physically tired of all this specialy I'm on a walker and I have a physical disability. There was another lady tall and Caucasian watching what was happening and yet refused even to help in resolving the situation that her co worker initiated. Iwas shocked at how far the lady manager was able to go only because she didn't like me asking for a phone number to talk to a higher management to understand the policy regarding the pants and to complain about how some ppl like this manger would do to resolve some unclear selling problems in such unfair , intimidating and disrespectful behavior. I'm 25 years in Canada and I've never met such a personality who can go that far claiming what she wants just to defer a rightful right of a customer to get more information and to complain about anything.
I actually went through the low rating reviews to find out that this behavior was previously used in a different situations with other customers which confirm my complaint. Customers should be treated with more respect, patience and dignity not as filthy as thus. I hope a general company manager or owner who has a higher authority than that manager takes actions to stop such repetitive demeaning behavior.

Great selection friendly staff and convenient location for me. Between the Scarborough locations I prefer this one which is great cause it's so close to me. The daily specials are really great! Lots of the time i find brand new items for sale often,(with the tag) I assume they must get donations from companies with overstocked merchandise/stuff that never sold. Love it!
