Sofia, did an excellent service for me. Im a little picky when it comes to choosing jackets, and tried any options i can get and she never showed any disgust and even explained all the differences of Jackets i tried. Thank you for the excellent service Sofia. Well done.

very bad attitude for online customer service, when calling the person is super indifferent and cold. Is it how you treat customers? Get some training please. A staff should help customers solve their problems or at least be polite. Being super disrespectful and irresponsible is just going to push all your customers way. I hope some changes can be made.

If I could give this company a one star I absolutely would. Purchased a jacket from Moose knuckle a year ago. Wore the jacket, maybe three or four times and the down inside started leaking out. I reached out to the customer service department to open a warranty claim. And they denied my claim instantly and said That this does not fall under their warranty coverage. I don’t understand how they could tell from just a few pictures. Whatever you do, please avoid wasting your money with this company. I’m not the only one I know about a handful of people That feel the same way. If they help me out with a warranty repair, I would not be having this conversation here.
I will post my photos with this review so you can be the judge how I would be liable for this factory defect. I

I had a great experience dealing with Sophia. She is very welcoming. She is very attentive, always smiling, knowledgeable, and very energetic. She will not pressure you to buy something from them which I appreciate very much. She was in fact very supportive of your decision whether you buy or not. I saw passion. I strongly advise against shopping on Moose Knuckles' website during Black Friday or any other sale! Despite their claims of “free returns and exchanges on all orders,” their return policy is far from what’s advertised. First off, returns are only eligible for store credit, not a full refund — something that was never made clear before I made my purchase.
Additionally, for returns, they only provide Canada Post as the option, which is currently on strike, making it nearly impossible to return your items in a timely manner. Why are they using Canada Post for returns while using FedEx for shipping? This shows they are not considering the convenience and needs of their customers at all.
To make matters worse, their customer service is a complete joke. There’s no live chat, no instant help, and you’re forced to call or email — a very inefficient and frustrating process. It’s clear that Moose Knuckles is not taking care of its customers, and their business practices are deceptive and disappointing.
I’ll never shop here again and strongly recommend others to stay away!

Sophia was very welcoming, kind and detail oriented! She walked me through different options and explained the details. Most of the times sales associates make me feel awkward and pressured to buy, but she was very accommodating and gave me time to think about what jacket to purchase. Thank you, Sophia!

I purchased a winter jacket from this location in December, and I was told it came with a warranty. However, the fabric on the sleeves wore out after just two months. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that the damage wasn't covered under the warranty. What kind of quality wears out so quickly, and what kind of brand doesn’t stand behind its product? I will never buy from this brand again.
