“I had the most amazing service from Anastasia (I hope I didn't spell his name wrong). Back in June 2024, he helped me and my friend open 4 business lines with the best deal every with Telus. He was so patient and so efficient. There was no push during the whole process.
Yesterday I went back as I lost my phone. Again he was very sympathetic and assisted in every step. He could have just sold me the sim card and asked me to call hotline at home. Instead, he helped me until I am able to use the new phone.
