I highly recommend this location inside Yonge Sheppard Centre.While I was signing up for a new activation the previous day, a different sales rep at the Agincourt Scarborough store somehow managed to install a different customer's sim card in my phone, did not return my old sim card nor inform me to keep it and ended up losing it. This caused my phone to be registered with the wrong number.”

“I had the most amazing service from Anastasia (I hope I didn't spell his name wrong). Back in June 2024, he helped me and my friend open 4 business lines with the best deal every with Telus. He was so patient and so efficient. There was no push during the whole process.
Yesterday I went back as I lost my phone. Again he was very sympathetic and assisted in every step. He could have just sold me the sim card and asked me to call hotline at home. Instead, he helped me until I am able to use the new phone.
